One of the biggest, toughest bastards I've trained with for years surprised me by telling me he was vegan. It had simply never come up, as we'd never eaten together. I asked if that would cause problems, and he said "Do I look weak?" Dude's jacked as hell.
Weirdly though, he never gave me an explanation for
why. I asked a couple of times, he was evasive, so dropped it.

I've had a severe egg allergy my entire life. I have none of the symptoms of choline deficiency.
