TheBMan, doing good on 2nd tier talent, which is 1st tier anywhere else. I avoid the megaclubs and save money. Plenty of hot non-models at places that arent LIV.

Im in awe with the potential though. A year in the gym and grinding out approaches, ive got the potential to get the top creme.

What non-megaclub venues are you finding pussy at? You can get down to specifics I'll know what you're talking about.

Dive bars ie foxhole, which I know you know is $14 maybe more.

Not sure where you are finding $10 a drink. Where?

Maybe The Deuce?

Disclaimer:

I am talking top shelf here, but everyone should already know that.

I would guess lower end would save you $2 per drink.

Those places are a waste of time, you're better off spending the extra $2 for a drink to go to venues that will actually have girls in them and not just dudes.

Calm yourself, cat(I think that word died out in the 70s). Miami gets a lot of praise on this forum and in some respects it is warranted. It is a playground for the rich and famous. People on this forum are neither of those. 20$ cocktails are for Colombian drug lords not wannabe playboys...

Yeah, but if you're a real playboy who's on a budget, you'll find a way to make those $20 cocktails $5 cocktails. At least if you spend a decent amount of time in south beach. After living in south beach a while, I spent very little on drinks. If you know what you're doing and you know how to make connections, south beach can be done on the cheap.

Because you know who the fuck is on this forum?

Definitely a troll hater. Take your bitterness somewhere else and get a job or start a business so you can afford $20 cocktails.

Man, I was down in South Beach for about 8 hours this summer, I had some time between connecting flights so I took a cab down to the beach and spent the day there.

The place is amazing. There is a constant energy around, making for a great vibe. People working out at the beach, people running shirtless. Attractive girls everywhere. They seem much more sexual than the average North American girl too. I feel it's more similar to South America (the fact the city is mostly Latinos is a probable factor), where you can sexually look at a girl in public and she will like it no matter what type of guy you are. Up here in Canada any girl you look at sexually has to find you attractive or you have to do it in the right context for her not to label you as creepy.

Definitely coming back one day to spend some more time. I didn't get a chance to try out the nightlife yet.

Wealthy famous men don't need 'game' to have a long line of women at their gates, cat. Crying troll when you disagree with someone is beta behavior. Anyways, you can have the last word, I don't want your blood pressure to get too high.

Instead of being angry, please tell us what places to go and what strategies to use in Miami, since you either lived there or spent some time there.

These South Beach threads are exactly like South Beach itself.

I don't know what it is about the place, but like I said, it is the closest the the Jungle as a city can get.

You have the hunters and the hunted.

The hunted get really battered and bruised. Then that hate wells up inside of them, many times for their entire lives.

Here's the formula for failure in South Beach:
1. Only spending 2, 3, or 4 days in Miami as opposed to a week, 10 days, or the rest of your life.
2. Never leaving South Beach during your stay in Miami. Although during my most recent trip to Miami, I only left South Beach twice, both times I left led to numbers and dates.
3. Not having a good command of either the Spanish or English language. This is the bare minimum. Proficiency in Portuguese, French, Russian, and Italian are definitely a plus.
4. Not doing any beach or street approaches during the day. I have never seen a person other than me do one beach approach in Miami ever.
5. Not dressing stylishly.
6. Not going to any high end restaurants.
7. Not going to any South Beach nightclubs. I'm often guilty of this one, although I have been going to Nikki Beach on Sundays when I'm in town. Years ago, there was a decent Latin nightclub in South Beach called Macarena where I used to go.

I wonder how many of the people who say how difficult Miami is commit all or most of these offenses. I wonder how many people who commit none of these complain about how difficult it is or how much competition there is.

This!
Nothing beats launching out on the weekends and going fishing in the morning and hitting up the sandbar in the afternoon.

TheG has a point in what he's saying and my lifestyle leans more towards his. However are we to discourage people who cant afford a $20 dollar drink or have connections to different venues from trying?

For every guy that actually has the bankroll to drop, there's 20 other dudes faking it on some hood rich shit here. This is the problem with Miami locals. You'll catch a leased BMW in a 600 a month shack living in liberty city. So that glitz and glamour only goes so far.

For the low budget spenders I would suggest equipping yourself with this app: "Go Time Happy Hours" it'll give you a breakdown of all the specials around your location and is powered by the Miami New Times so its updated routinely. This is your best friend for the week days.

Merenguero advice is spot on too.

G, how many of these cocktails do you drink in a night? 4 cocktails and cover fee and you are out a 100 bucks. Am I the only one who fails to see how it is worth it? This is essentially pay for pussy without the guarantee. For 20$, I can get an 7.5/10 prostitute in Budapest, 9/10 in Debrecen. Glad I left Miami...

This has to be an exaggeration to make a (misguided) point, right?

I highly doubt that you can get a "10" in Budapest for $20.

If so, even though I am not into hookers, I might go there and get 1000 girls to swoop me all at once.

I mean, we all have heard of threesomes and foursomes, and Mixx had that Fifteensome but anyone ever had a Thousandsome?

I wonder if that has ever been done in history.

I think every Man should experience at least one Thousandsome before they die, don't you think?

Can anyone confirm that pricing?

This is a great post.

I wrote something similar a few years ago: Top Ten South Beach Miami Mistakes

This is a great post on the mindset for South Beach: Young, Handsome, Fast and Pretty: South Beach, Miami Swagger

I would say a very high percentage.

I still think being under-capitalized is a huge offense.

Furthermore, one of the great things about South Beach is a 10-20 year male-female age difference is not uncommon.

10 year is very common.

Rather than experiencing South Beach from a lounge chair at your hotel's pool, why not take a stroll down the Boardwalk that runs along the ocean past Ocean Drive and on into South Point Park with some of the most gorgeous vistas around.

Everyone's talking about the ease of Vegas, and I just have to confirm. Vegas girls are some of the biggest whores around. We had a house party the other night, and I can't think of a girl there that didn't at least blow someone that night. A bit of this also has to do with the girls my friends hang out with, they pick them well [Image: smile.gif] . But seriously, if you can't get laid in Vegas, you won't get laid anywhere.

Good timing on this thread. Appreciate all the knowledge everyone is dropping.

I'm headed to Miami for 5 nights next weekend. Thursday-Tuesday. Got a pretty sweet 1 bdrm through AirBnB on 17th and Collins, with a balcony that looks over the beach. Staying there Thur-Sun, then crashing at a buddies house Sunday and Monday.

My nights will probably be a mix of going out solo and meeting up with friends. I don't have a crazy bank roll, but can spend a few hundred in a night if it looks like it will be worth it. My game is solid. I crush 7's in NYC with relative ease (and sometimes's 8's & 9's), and have traveled and gamed solo with good results in Playa Del Carmen, Rio, and Bangkok.

If I get any good stories or info to share, will definitely post it up here.

This should be fun.

Is there any way you can extend your trip so that you can stay for at least a week? If daygame is part of your strategy and it should be, rain can make a five-day trip very difficult.

Nah I can't extend. I think 5 days should be plenty of time. Obviously it's always great to stay for longer, but if I can pull in a week, I should be able to pull in 5 days.

I'll just have to focus on making something happen the first two nights in case I can't seal the deal on the first night. I have a fair amount of one night stands though, and I'll have good logisitcs my first three nights. So I like my chances.

I understand Miami is tough though so we'll see what happens. I plan on having a good fucking time whether I get laid or not. So that's just gravy if it happens.

There aren't too many men in Miami that find 20$ cocktails palatable. Well, there are but they are the types of guys who put their entire salary in their car. Miami has nice weather and nice broads but 90% of the people down there pretend to be something they are not. Its really annoying.

Reading these Miami posts are always hilarious.

Sure there are people that 'pretend to be something they are not' in Miami.

I don't think I have lived anywhere that people don't "pretend to be something they are not".

Are there places around where everyone is 100% honest? Where are these places?

Here is the thing:

Sure there are people that front in Miami.

There are also people that live in 25 Million dollar condos.

There are plenty of people with dough in Miami. If you are sick of hanging with the fakers, then hang with the people that are the real deal.

If you can't, that's your fault.

Don't blame Miami.

That seems to be a constant theme of these thread:

People blame Las Vegas. They blame NYC. They blame Miami.

99 out of 100 the blame goes on the player. Not a city that's as close to perfect as possible for a player.

If you live in Zanesville, you can blame Zanesville.

But if you are in Vegas, NYC or Miami?

The blame goes on the player.
