Oysters. Smoked in a can are nonperishable and a convenient bioavaliable source of zinc and omega-3 fatty acids. You can get good ones farmed in Korea and packed in olive oil at Trader Joe's. Another plus is that since oysters aren't long-lived predators like tuna, you aren't going to get mercury poisoning.

D-aspartic acid. From personal experience it works quite well. I believe it can boost estrogen if you use it too long so I take an aromatase inhibitor with it (something like low dose 6-oxo/androstenetrione works well enough). I can't post links yet but you can find the human studies on ergo log.

Resveratrol (found in red wine) has also been shown to increase serum concentrations of testosterone and gonadotrophins. It needs to be dosed pretty high so, alas, it is not possible to consume a sufficient quantity from drinking red wine. I take it for the benefits to the heart muscle though I've also dosed it high enough to notice the test boosting effect.

If you're over 40 it's worth looking into TRT and HGH.

The problem with me an pills is I need to take the with food in my stomach, and I don't eat much. Some of these need to be taken twice a day, so I'll have to eat a bit more. I start the day with a tall glass, drink it throughout the day, and it's the last thing I consume before bed. As well as taking these vitamins, I'm definitely aware that water/fluid intake is probably most important.

Any benefits other than fluorescent yellow piss?

I have experimented with testosterone levels quite a bit. Here's what works best for me:

Lots of sex with lots of hot girls (preferably without condoms)
Cold showers (really do work!)
Good quality, regular sleep
Heavy lifting
High protein, high fat diet

High testosterone= high quality of life. You feel like a real man when your testosterone is pumping full steam!
