I bought a bottle of Braggs after reading this thread. I've been doing a shot glass full after lunch and dinner the past few days. I gotta tell you I've been a walking hard-on lately. Pooped myself silly the first day too. Feel pretty good.

Shots of it eh? That might be the best method to get it down, cuz 8 oz's of stingy water don't appeal to me

Hold your nose and throw it back. Chase it with cold water. Don't taste a thing.

Just got a bottle of Bragg's tonight (finally)
Going to be taking it morning and night, and yeah 8oz of vinegared water goes down like a kick in the nuts, but I think I'd prefer that to shooting it. My stomach wasn't to thrilled with it for the first few minutes, but feeling fine now.
How quickly can I expect to notice anything?>

You can't just mix it in with another drink?

I take mine with one of those crystal light packages... probably way to much acid, but tastes much better

Great thread guys. So many great natural products out their that kill there chemical cousins. I've been using the cheap AVC on my face and hair for a while. I like to use it at night only because it takes the long time for the smell to vaporize when I use it as a toner in the AM. This smell problem could be caused by quality of the AVC used so I'll def look into upgrading to a "mother" type.
@RAH who uses Baking Soda and Peroxide to brush his teeth elaborate on this? I accidentally mixed the two after I whitened my teeth with a peroxide solution and brushed up with BSoda after. It stained white shit on my gums, the firs time I freaked because I had a date the next day and rub the shit out my gums. Second time it happened not as bad and went away eventually. Do you find you have this same issue?
Its great to ween off these chemicals. Save so much money and get way better results.

So is the best thing to do take a straight shot of it in the AM? Should you take one at night?

I wouldn't take a shot of it. I tried that a few times and seriously messed up my throat and stomach from the acid concentration. Diluting it in some water seems to be much better and my throat/stomach issues have gone away

I decided to get some today, they didn't have any of the cloudy stuff with sediment in it just clear apple cider vinegar or more expensive stuff that was 50% honey and 50% apple cider vinegar that specifically mentioned to take a tablespoon daily for health benefits. I bought the cheap 100% cider vinegar stuff. I really underestimated how bad this stuff would taste. I had a tablespoon of it directly into my mouth this evening and almost vomitted, mixed the next tablespoon with some OJ and it was palatable but not pleasent. Won't be able to drink this stuff in the morning and will struggle even at night.
How long until you guys noticed this was having an effect? Seems the effects are so varied from person to person too.

Alright so been on the ACV for a day now, noticed that my gut was a bit... off, not bad, just off, after taking it (mixed with water)
I did feel a little woosh of energy after taking it but the big thing I noticed was the crick in my back that I woke up with Sunday morning was GONE entirely. All Sunday and Monday my back was in knots from sleeping wrong, I plowed through, went to the gym which added muscle soreness on top, my back was hell on toast, took a shot of ACV for the first time before bed that night, woke up this morning (tuesday) ZERO pain.
Started back on my low carb system again, trying to cut weight, I've read this stuff is good for weightloss, so I'll be keeping an eye on how the weight drop goes compared to how it has in the past.

I read this threat and went and got a gallon of Braggs. Two days in my energy is way higher all day - I was on fire today. And I'm shitting a ton.
I didn't read how much to take so I basically drank two shots worth yesterday and today and it fucked my stomach up for an hour, but went away. I think I did to much too early.
Key piece of advice - start with a small dose and mix with water!!!

You are wasting your time with the cheap stuff. The Braggs only cost 5 dollars (even here in Canada).
And I told you guys to mix it with water but you insist on chugging it raw.. it's like preaching to stone gargoyles, y'all just don't listen lol!
They didn't have Braggs in the health shop here, not sure we can even get that in Scotland. I'll have a look on Amazon later and order a bottle if they sell it.

I can get it on Amazon for about £7 so I'll order it this weekend. Day of 3 of taking 2 tablespoon fulls of the stuff I have at the moment every evening, not getting any nicer and no noticeable effects. It doesn't contain the 'mother' which appears to be the stuff which has all the benefits so not sure if I'm wasting my time.

I have taken Bragg's for three days now and while I hadn't noticed anything yet, I can say that tonight, after my 8-hour shift, I have arrived at home and have an unusual amount of energy. Work usually drains me, then I come home, clean up, and pass out, but tonight, I feel wide awake. Two tablespoons in about ten ounces of apple juice is my preferred method. Can't even taste it.
I do exercise regularly, but this is the only new substance introduced into my system recently.
Without any negative side effects so far, I shall keep on with this.

Putting it in apple juice makes sense. I'm going to start doing that.

My bottle of Bragg's arrived yesterday, so I will probably start today. I don't want to put it in apple juice because I don't want the extra sugar, so I'll stick with water.

I gotta tell you guys. I finished up my small bottle of Braggs so I went to my local Organica Natural Foods store and picked up a bigger $7 bottle. The place was jam packed with beautiful women. All the girls that work there were super friendly and helpful. I think this is going to be my next gaming venue. Keep it in mind guys.
Excuse me do you know anything about Apple Cider Vinegar? Could you help me please? I'm so confused. Lol
Ramble on!!
