Health: Apple Cider Vinegar

How does this sound...2 tablespoons in the AM. Don't drink anymore during the day or at night unless I'm going out and need the boost.

I've been taking a dose at night before bed too, it doesn't seem to interfere with sleep and I figure it'll get that goodness in me throughout the night.

I just got a Braggs bottle of apple cider vinegar after reading this thread. 30 minutes ago I had 2 tablespoons, 5 minutes ago I already had to go to the toilet....

I anyone trying capsule form? My concern is any medicinal properties being lost in the manufacturing process from liquid to solid.

Been taking it since Monday and no benefits yet, everyone seems to be saying it gives them a rock, hard, cock in the morning but mines is no different from usual. It's getting easier to drink though.

Me too. Hopefully it's beneficial internally. You definitely get used to the taste.

I've been taking this and I get my insane boners in the middle of the night. It actually kind of sucks because it's hard to go back to sleep until I rub one out. So I wind up spanking it every night at like 3am. It's a weird routine that I need to break.

Everyones talking about the crazy boners, it's not something I've experience yet.

This is just my opinion here. But try eating more protein, steak, turkey or whatever. Then do a dose of ACV. Report back if it works.

Forget the boners, what about your energy? What about your body fat percentages? We are all different. Some cats get major boners from ginseng and gingko. I only get wood from gingko but not from ginseng (I get mad energy from ginseng though). I didn't notice any morning wood from the ACV. What I did notice was the huge surge in physical energy.

Are your energy levels up, yes or no?@GeordieKing?

My energy levels are not any different. I've seen no effects at all. Will be upping the dose this weekend.

I've been noticing some excessive BO or armpit funk. Not bad just smelling a little extra manly lately. I have to believe its related to the ACV. It's the only thing I've changed in my routine.

I've noticed this as well.

@King

Try taking more, I dialed back the amount I was taking and I noticed both the morning wood and the bowel moving properties seemed significantly diminished

Chad as an experiment I've taken about 10 tablespoons of the stuff throughout the course of today. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

Damn 10 tablespoons. I've always had a stuffy nose and sore throat in the morning since I was a kid. I've noticed they've gone away since I started drinking this.

OK I feel no different today than usual after 10 tablespoons yesterday. No crazy morning wood, no increased energy, my stomach feels no better or worse than usual, not a thing. Not sure whether I'll continue taking it or not. That's been 2 weeks now with no benefit.

You're not the only one, KingofScotland... I've been taking this for like 5 days and only get a morning wood... The increased energy only seemed to be for 1 day...

Keep it up for two weeks before you close the deal. Again, mine didn't kick in immediately, it took 3-4 days for me before I noticed the difference.
Now, bear in mind that I take good care of myself, 99 percent home cooked meals, don't drink a lot, work out blah blah.
We are all different individuals.

Also, remember when I initially took the non Braggs ACV years ago, it did fcuk all for me.
Remember to shake that bitch up before you pour your spoon so that you have plenty of mother in your solution and monitor carefully for 21 days.
If you see zero change in your energy or immunity levels, feel free to discontinue.

Bear in mind, I did not experience morning wood so don't look for the same changes as others.

What I have personally noticed is that I had a very long workday, went out clubbing, came in with only three hours sleep and was able to get through the next day of work without being fcuked up.
I also do NOT drink coffee nor tea so I just soldier on naturals.

Maybe this will give you some kind of assuring guideline.
Hang in there, soldier, don't throw up the flag yet.

I've started taking it. No extra morning wood. I may feel better, but I am not sure if its the ACV or placebo effect. I think I may have lost some fat, but can't be certain until it's been a month or more.

Moma, it has been 2 weeks and there's been no obvious benefits. It's too unpleasant to want to continue taking it for a month when I'm not getting any effect from it. I don't drink coffee or tea either and regularly only get 3-4hrs sleep a night and the apple cider vinegar certainly isn't giving me any extra energy or keeping me awake. I'm up at 6am for work and exhausted all day, every day. People said it helped their skin too, mines is more blotchy than usual recently.

Is it two weeks from when you purchased the Braggs? Cos I remember you were sipping that other bullshyt prior..I don't know if it's been that long.

Keep sipping it. Mix it with water. I don't even taste that shyt but then again, I'm a soldier when it comes to hideous stuff as long as it's good for me..

Give it a month before you write it off. Bear in mind, it's not miracle magic. If you are getting 3 hours a sleep EVERY night, it'll take more than ACV to boost you up.
Give your system time to tank up.
Measure your waist from when you started. I don't know if you are a pudgy lad or not. If not, you may not notice any cutting.
If so, you should lose some inches.

I say a month, man it through and then keep it aside if nothing.
They say it takes the body 21 days to form a habit. Give it a month just for honesty's sake.

King,

You gotta get more sleep man. You can eat a perfect diet and take all the vitamens, minerals, and herbs in the world but you will never feel 100% unless you get proper rest.

Nothing will make up for a lack of sleep.

This.

Natural stuff like ACV and Bee Pollen (this is from personal experience) multiply your energy level, where artificial energy (caffeine) adds to it. If you aren't sleeping enough, nothing will help

I'd suggest looking into melatonin if you're having trouble sleeping and free up your schedule more so you can sleep.

I get up at 5am for work and still manage 7hours a night. Sleep is the foundation of your being, skimp on that and you're on a downward slope.
