There's a helplessly naive, rich beta who is, in his own words, "dating" an 8/10 Latina. The kid in question is cloyingly arrogant by nature, but he gets noticeably more tender when you ask him about the girl and exhibits hyper-beta behavior like setting her picture as the wallpaper on his iPhone.

Last Saturday, I saw her rolling into a bar with three big black dudes (he wasn't there), one of whom she dry-humped on the dance floor for part of the night. It was obvious she was cheating on him and would probably be getting her asshole fucked later that night while her boyfriend filled her inbox with desperate texts.

Now ignore morality for a minute. What I'm about to say might set off your sympathy-switch.

I don't like the guy who's getting cheated on, but I'd like to fuck his supposed "girlfriend." I don't know her personally, and I believe she might associate me with his betaness if I met him through her. At the same time, I was wondering what subtly calling her out on her infidelity while they are both together would do for my prospects. I'm not going to outright accuse her of cheating--I want to subtly suggest that she is, because it is obvious that the boyfriend is already very suspicious and clingy.

What would you guys do?

My rule is I look out for my boys , that's a select few I'd do anything for and I know they'd do the same for me and my family, everyone else is on their own. You get tied up in other peoples shit and it rarely turns out for the better for you so if you don't give a shit about this guy then go on with your life. If you want to make your move on her do it, in my book till there is a ring on her finger she's in play... if she wants to think you're beta so be it, show you're not when she actually meets you but keep out of the I saw this, I heard this shit cause it's not gonna help you with her, you don't care about him and in the end you piss off the wrong person and you could end up with unneeded drama.

If you don't care about this dude and if he's created the situation through beta behavior, it makes sense for you to somehow manipulate the situation in order to gain a potential edge with the girl.

Seriously do NOT tell him and if he asks then feign ignorance. You tell him and there is a chance that he will call you liar for wanting to bang his girl. The one (frankly crazy) alternative is something that my homie's brother had done to him once. Crazy story, in fact. He, literally, received an anonymous letter (in the fucking snail mail) with the story of his wife cheating on him, with specific details. Homeboy looked into the matter, confirmed some of the facts, and divorced his wife--although not before "trying to work things out" for a while. Had someone actually told him, the working-it-out period would have meant the end of that friendship. This way, no friendships were destroyed. The guy knew it was someone he knew, but never could figure out exactly who.

Any variation of this theme (e-mail instead of mail, pictures instead of text etc.) could work, if you're absolutely dead-set on saying something.

A man in love is often not receptive to hearing anything negative about his lady-love. He may accuse you of the shit chicks do to each other - if girlfriends AREN'T in relationships, deep down they're jealous of the girl in their group that DOES have a boyfriend. And given the opportunity, they'll tell her he's cheating and try to get her to break up with him so she'll be single again like the rest of them. Like Tuthmosis suggested, you'll need to show him solid proof (act truly conflicted when you do it) of her infidelity. That way he'll know you have his back and your only motivation is that you don't want to see him look like a chump.
