How about Fertility you guys on TRT ? even with HCG or clomid or whatever , the risk is still high,
I am talking more about young mens who still want to have childrens and stable family life

The risk is high for what exactly? Infertility? I imagine you'd have to be on TRT for decades without HCG before your body decided it would go full-on sterile. According to guys I know who went on TRT and had kids later, the risks are a bit overblown.
A lot of the data that people are operating off of is back from the 90s when everyone said your dick would shrink if you injected a little testosterone.

Of course there is some risk.
However there are factors involved, such as the length of time on, genetics, ect...
Stay on for a couple years and then come off, you'll lose your will to fuck for a few months. Your natural levels may not return.
