Trey and Matt simply don't like Trump.

It's time to accept that reality. No need to hamster it.

What's more important?
Hillary Clinton losing in real life or the way Trump / Garrison are portrayed on SP?

Matt and Trey come off as those guys that say:

"I don't like either candidate. Look at me for being edgy yet likable because i straddle both sides of the issue by being indecisive."

I personally have little patience for this act anymore from anyone in the media or otherwise especially with what is at stake currently.

Just like Dr. Who, all it takes are a few bad episodes to turn off your core fanbase.

About the Trump bashing: is that what's really happening?

Doesn't anyone think its strange how Matt & Trey openly depicted Hilary as the turd in question but when it came to depicting Trump as a douche they opted for Mr. Garrison, an already established character within their cannon?

They're directly mocking Hilary and only indirectly mocking Trump. Do I detect a preference for one candidate? We'll just have to wait and see who they hit harder - Hilary or Mr. Garrison.

My personal take on the episode was that it was exactly what it was supposed to be: funny.

The roasting of Trump was fair and it poked fun at the idea that he's only running as a straw man against Clinton, which is a common conspiracy theory. They ripped into Clinton, BLM and other various liberal ideals quite vigorously.

Matt and Trey are producing a superior product that brings millions of dollars into Comedy Central. They've earned the leverage to write what they want to write, because they're CC's biggest earner.

Don't read too much into this. Its a funny show that rips into everyone.

Gerald's trolling was epic on the latest episode. I'm starting to think that Matt and Trey troll on occasion using aliases.

My personal favorite tonight: "Your Daughter has a mustache! What's wrong with your ovaries, Bitch?"

This shapes up to be a great season.
The 'member berries are hilarious, first they are full of movie nostalgia, and next thing you know:
"Member when there weren't so many Mexicans?"

In this episode:
"Your Daughter has a mustache! What's wrong with your ovaries, Bitch?" combined with Gerald's gleeful, happy attitude had me laughing out loud.
He's a true apostle of Kek!

And then, Denmark!
They must be browsing RVF. Picking Denmark, of all places, to troll some feminists?
Awesome.

Like I said before... these guys basically own CC. They can write whatever the hell they want. Theres a 0% chance they're not on the forum.

Matt and Trey:

If you're reading the forum, have the boys on the show try to meet up to discuss ways for the boys to pay back for Cartmen's electronics.

Then let the girls freak out and call them rapists forcing them to meet up underground.

(Totally unlikely)

Guys I love this forum and the people on it plus the content it provides, but when it comes to Trump lighten up! He is game for satire just like all celebrities are. South Park has clowned BLM,Kanye, Jennifer Lopez, the Kardashians, Jenner(mercilessly), the handicapped, PC culture and too many others to mention.Trump is just a human being that shits, eats and sleeps just like everyone walking this earth, he is not the messiah and is fair game for ridicule. Lighten up and enjoy the show.

I think they are going to keep the joke of Mr. Garrison going right to very end and put him in the white house AFTER Mr. Garrison has done ever thing possible to lose the election.

Wow, just how fucking flexible are they with their schedule during production?
The debate happened two days before this episode aired, and they accurately recreated the stage, Cuckster Holt, and Hillary's uncanny robotic performance:
"My opponent is a liar and cannot be trusted!"

They even knew (or predicted?) that he would continue to rise in the polls. I guess they prepared some content in advance depending on the outcome.

Also, social media preventing people from actually going out and being social? Destroying healthy relations between the sexes?
Nailed it.

Gerald deleting his emails and destroying his phone with a hammer?
I wonder where this is going...

Does Cartman close the bang, and if so, does Heidi then falsely accuse him of rape?

I loved watching South Park. Don't watch it so much anymore. I remember watching an episode that for some reason was just Trey Parker and Matt Stone frying bacon in front of a pig. For some reason the episode wasn't even animated it was just the creators taking the piss out of the pig. I love that they try to offend everyone, isn't that why chef left? He was pissed about out they perceived scientology. Cartman is easily the best character, such a manipulative evil little shit that you just can't help but feel sorry for.

Internet here is not stable enough to stream them online so it;s rare chance get to see them these days.

Watched the first 3 episodes. I'd give them a B+. Some really funny moments but so far a bit disappointing. Felt like a lot of missed opportunities for humor. "Everyone likes Garrison because he's honest" while he tries to deliberately sabotage his own campaign is not the worst angle they could have taken, but could have been a lot better. The "fuck'em to death" sequence was hilarious.

The satire of Trump-Garrison is actually fairly deep when you think about it. South Park started with the "fuck 'em to death" last season as a satire of Trump's boisterousness, and now they've moved to a more mature Garrison. Garrison actually cares so much about doing what's best for the U.S. that he's willing to throw the election to Hillary because she has more political experience. But Hillary is basically a robot who does nothing but spew rehearsed talking points.

In that context, Garrison is actually the better choice for president. If he cares that much about the country's future, then he'll be driven even harder after being elected to not screw up and to be a great president who actually makes America great again..
