I've been a few times, though. Vegas 2 years back was the most recent. Plus a few other places before that.
I wasn't really into 'game' then, but I can say that the reaction you get from approaching strangers in general when in the US is like night and day compared to the UK!
I don't even think it's the accent (although it likely helps!)
It's like people in the US are trained to be polite to strangers and talk back.
I've noticed this in every city i've been too in the US.

Went out last night with 4 friends to see if we could creep out any girls on Halloween.

At the bar and my friend is doing what he calls a ‘warm up’ set on a couple of old birds! After a few mins they eject/blow him out and sit down by themselves. Was now a bit lost as to what to do and I knew that she’d be driving her friend back to where she lives soon (fairly far away aswell) so I told her to give me her number which she did.

We text a little this morning and in one of them she said something like ”Wait, so you forgot our kiss?!!! I’m hearbroken”

I don’t even remember kissing her but I was a little drunk! Maybe she’s just being ‘funny’ and it’s a joke lol.

Overall a fun night tbh, ALTHOUGH, i’m annoyed at 2 things.

1/not being able to escalate effectively and advance the interaction with the last girl. It was just so much easier with the other girl due to her body language and stuff. Not sure what else I could/should have done with the 2nd girl.

2/Even though i’m glad to have made some approaches as i’ve been a pussy recently and half ‘gave up’ on ‘game’/approaching to be honest so a bit out of practice, there were so many occasions where there were just stunning girls that I failed to open due to how hot they were lol. You did well. No AMOG was gonna be able to steal your fire at that point, you maintained frame and got her info. I think she was digging you because of the fact she had watched you kiss another girl.

Very short uneventful FR, but I do these more for me to look back on than anyone else, so may aswell journal it

First approach was on 2 hot girls who I spotted from across the bar. They were both giggling and trying to do 'the floss' (that stupid dance lol) Gave me a super easy opener. They asked me to show them and I said ''Nahh...I dance for a living. Tonight's my night off'' and they laughed. At this point my friend came over to 'help' me. I started talking to the hotter one (both quite hot) and found out her story (she's from London) and teased about some stuff and it was going pretty damn well tbh. She cracked up a few times and asked me a fair few questions about myself, but then her friend who'd been talking to my mate more or less jumped in our set. I guess my friend couldn't keep her attention and even though this friend of hers was also super friendly to me before, she more or less dragged her friend away from me and they went to the bar. Anyway, after that the club closed and I was so annoyed at myself that I made a few more approaches that both went bad lol. Called it a night there!!

I can't tell you how many times I've been rejected on the dancefloor. Granted, my dance moves are subpar and have no desire to improve them. I find it easier to wander around looking for girls that are sitting in groups/waiting/buying drinks and engage them that way.

I'd have to say 'no' to finding a pattern that 'works' the best. All girls are different. Some fancy line might make one girl laugh, and the next girl think you are an odd ball. Similarly with 'vibe'. Cocky and confident can work, but it turns some girls off. One interesting thing that i'm starting to notice only now, after TONNES of approaches, is that i'm starting to doubt the PUA wisdom about NOT opening with rapport seeking/comfort etc. The idea is that you are supposed to open with breaking rapport, challenging, commanding behaviour etc (attraction) but i'm starting to notice that maybe the more 'normal' and 'friendly' I am, the more likely i am to not get a brutal rejection. Again, this might be a UK thing. I dunno. Vin Di Carlo actually mentions this in his old writings, and he disagrees with the general PUA philosophy in terms of opening in 'attraction' too, for what it's worth

I think something that is rarely unearthed in pickup is that we really have to adapt out approach to our culture. I feel like 'pua' is mainly built and designed for American girls/culture, and probably a certain 'type'' of girl. I don't always post FR's when they are kind of non-eventful , but wanted to post this one.

The first interaction of the night was 2 legit 9's came and stood near me and my 3 friends in the beer garden. MY friend opened with some mystery method opinion opener and they answered but, typical UK girls, kept their answers laconic. Weird night!! gays everywhere!!) and has that ''I just started doing a degree so I think i'm better than everyone'' attitude. He get's into a slight argument with my friend and I carry on talking to the girls. The fat one is giving me tonnes of shit tests and I agree and amplify each time.

Out of almost nowhere, the hot one who is sitting next to me says ''I really wanna fuck you'' fairly quietly in my ear

I can't quite believe my ears, but I try to stay unreactive and then ask her why she likes me so much in a kind of playful, teasing way. She says some shit about me being ''deep'' which makes me giggle internally because i've barely spoke to her. I also felt like a made a fairly bad impression during my 'transition' from the open and said some stupid shit about my friend having been in prison which I instantly regereted, so I was doubly surprised that the hot one was into me!

I ask her age and she's like 19 and I do my usual gambit of pretending that i'm not interested in her due to her being half my age (when the truth is that I adore young girls!). She starts qualifying herself, saying she's mature etc.

This big fairy was so lucky to not get a smack from my friend who held back fro hitting him and just laughed it off, and the gay dude was just unnaware of how lucky he was! Shame as he was with 2 stunners who seemed to like me at first, but very shortly after were quite combative as they were obviously gonna take their friends side in teh silly argument.

I open a new 3 set. 2 hot teen girls with yet ANOTHER gay dude!! This dude was coo though to be fair. I chatted to all of them but sense zero interest from the hot girls and bailed shortly after

In the same bar, i'm about to leave, and I spot a beautiful girl with a really interesting look. Looks like Dita Von teese with her dress sense. I open her. I can't remember whether I went with a silly direct opener like ''Wow. I was gay until I saw you!'' or whether I commented with something like ''You look nice. you remind me of one of those actresses in the 50's''. Either way, she was fairly receptive off of the bat.

She 'hooked' pretty fast and told me that it was unusual for her to NOT just instantly reject some random guy who approached her. As a student of game I found this interesting and it lead too a fun discussion about meeting people and stuff. She was kind of complimenting me on my confidence and my approach and stuff which was nice.

I started to run some very heavy/technical/ kinda old school game here. I noticed her rings and grabbed her hand and was like ''tell me about this one!''. I'm playing with her fingers as she's talking. I start rambling off some nonsense about how each finger responds too a greek God and talk about Dionysus and how he's the God of wine and how she must be a party girl.

Her friend tries to steal her from me, but she tells her that she's fine. Her friend then buys us all shots at the bar whilst I carry on working!

I run another 'routine' and then go into some cold reads. Classic ''good girl, bad girl stuff''. She's eating it up. I accidentally brush her boob with my hand and she's like ''You just touched my boob'' and I was like ''I know. I even tried to make it seem like an accident! It'll be your ass in a minute, but can you not point it out next time?'' and she laughed and hit my arm.

I try to use some time distortion by bouncing her too a different bar and she complies.

I'm trying to cram every single line and technique/theory that I've ever read (and I've read them ALL!!).

I now start the qualification stuff. I'm trying to make her think that I like her for reasons that aren't to do with her looks basically.

She's obviously somewhat attracted, so I isolate her and ramp up the kino. I'm rubbing my hands over her hips and ass

I've got her pushed up against a fence and she's gone 'floppy'. This' floppy' thing is something I've seen so many times and it's when she's attracted. However, it was a busy area, her friend was watching, and I could definitely feel some resistance. I tried to test the waters by getting me mouth super close to hers but she kind of turned her head and pulled away. I knew she wasn't ready yet. I needed more time, HOWEVER, her friend had to go, and she was staying with her and her uber that she booked just turned up out of nowhere and she literally had to go then!!1 sucked.

It was late now and as i'm walking to get a cab I spot a beautiful, very young girl. Like 18. I just extend my hand for her to take and she does lol. I spin her around and then we recognise each other. It's some hot girl who I tried gamin about 6 months ago! We laugh and I just get super physical straight away. Pick her up. Carry her to some dark area and just test for compliance. A bit like with the other girl, she's into it, but she's not ready. I can tell. I don't go for the kiss. Kind of wish I had have though, tbh. Just in case I read it wrong, although i'm usually right tbh. Her friend calls her and she leaves and tells me to add her on fb.

So basically, one harsh rejection, one close call, and one short encounter with familiar face.
Woke up with a message from the last girl, and a friend request from the other girl (apparently her friend added me on her behalf after getting my surname from my friend lol)
