Man, is there an app or website we can use for watching replay events? I don't want highlights and I don't want to know foregone conclusions - I just want to see the events in full detail. I am so tired of catching snippets of events that only feature America for NBC.

I'm talking entire events, not just snippets/highlights. I've searched youtube. Oh well.

Concerning Katinka Hosszu:

Nobody is willing to answer such a question because no one outside gawker-owned deadspin is posing such a baseless and demonizing accusation. What pathetic, incendiary, virtue-signaling trite.

So how come all these gypsy women are good in the pool?

I'm surprised Missy Franklin didn't make the US team, wasn't she only 16 or 17 last Olympics and one of the best?

Contrast in cultures:

Germany vs Egypt in volleyball

The way things are going in Germany currently, the German Olympic team in 2036 may be wearing the same uniform as the Egyptians...

I really enjoyed watching the men's gymnastics final last night (no homo). Some of the stuff they can do is mind-blowing, and they have incredible physiques.

I swear we keep finishing 4th in loads of events.

I was was watching the men's gymnastics last night and thought the same as you. How those blokes manage to pull and push their body weight in such a crisp effortless way is outstanding.

It's a shame Louis Smith had to fall off the horse, costing us the bronze. But imagine the pressure you must be under, years of daily training coming down to that one moment, with a stadium full of people and millions of others watching via television.

Yeah, it'd be nice if people would mind their own fucking business. There's no good way to understand a relationship from the outside. I've had people undermine my relationships out of "concern" before, and I can't even find words for how much that pissed me off.

I missed the stuff with King and the Russian chick, was playing Clash with the TV on mute. I figured it was something like that though.

Even the NYT wrote a peace about it. fuck these people.

The hidden motive why they are accusing him is simple, progressive, liberals and their feminists people hate hate hate watching a woman taking orders from a man, especially if the man is her husband, especially in the public with millions watching like the Olympics, even though is 100% reasonable he being her coach, for these people the idea is, man give orders to woman-woman fallowing orders-------> woman is in a abusive relationship.

In case you are wondering, here is the NYT writer

Try the BBC IPlayer. They have almost 500 staff over there doing wall-to-wall coverage at evening & night over here and I'm pretty sure they keep it for a week.

DAMN Getting serious wood watching USA vs ESP womens water polo... not overly muscular like gymnasts not wearing ass hiding full body suits like swimmers. High thigh one piece suits with toned thighs and cheeks and some feminine faces while water wrestling very sensual = instant wood.

The men's physiques in gymnastics are a bit too skewed, short guys with great shoulders, upper body and core but some of these guys have toothpick legs. Decathletes/heptathletes usually have the best-balanced bodies.

Katinka Hosszu just won her second gold medal, now is my motivation for her to win, the more she wins the more feminists and SJW get triggered.

Imagine the amount of money they save by he as husband be also the coach.

Supposedly you have to be at least 16 to be an olympic gymnast but there's no way some of these girls are 16. I'm calling shenanigans on China and Brazil specifically.

In an alternative, Sharia-controlled media, it'll be reported like this:

So is the hajib male oppression or feminist liberation? It seems like they can't decide.

The contrast in the photos is rather amusing though.

If I recall, either during the Beijing or London Olympics (heck, could've been both) the Chinese were caught falsifying documents to let 14 year olds compete on their team. So I wouldn't be surprised if they're doing it again.

In case any of you have the same problem, the video player on NBC Olympics website won't display video unless you have it around ~1,000 pixels or wider. It'll just display some text about the mobile only application and make you want to throw a hammer through your monitor.

It blows my mind that they'd think people only have browser windows open wider than ~1k pixels. It took me a full day of uninstalling/installing flash, multiple browsers, location/cookie clearing to stumble upon this simple "fix" for their shitty website.

Thankfully I have a cable login to not have to be stuck with 30 minute clips of live video only.

Yes, women's volleyball indoor and beach. Yes.

Fun fact, I actually had some current olympians stay at my place last year for training. Cool to see them compete in Rio.

I can't figure out (not having tried very hard) if it's a problem on my end that's causing frame drops when I stream off the NBC site, or their servers are just not scaling that well so they can't deliver even the 720p my laptop screen can fit without dropping frames during a popular event. It seems okay during event replays but not live, so I'd guess it's not a problem on my end.

I wonder if streaming live video will ever be as smooth as live cable TV.

Re: the 1000px thing, that's hilarious. Why, why, why are so many programmers so bad at their jobs? I ask myself that question every day when I hit some poorly built incredibly inefficient site. I'd guess they never thought to try it at lower resolutions because everyone they know has a retina screen laptop or tablet.

The results in the tennis competition are very telling... Some players, who don't want to take the risk of doping themselves during the Olympic Games, have results far, far, far below their ATP or WTA usual results... I mean, they fear the Olympic-Games drug tests, so they come to play without their usual drugs in their bloods, and as a result, well, just look at the results...: "invincible" (trans, look at the positioning of her navel) Serena, easily beaten by an unknown Ukrainian girl, or "bicycle-drug king" David F quickly beaten, Tsonga beaten by grand-father Edberg-styled Muller, etc...

Is whatever they want when it benefits them.

When they are in this 3rd world countries they are oppressed and force to wear it, when they are in 1rst world countries like USA, Germany, or UK feminists say is a women choice, but the reality is they just hate the West and want anything that contradict Western values.

If le Clos keeps it up they're never gonna find his body.

After talking shit about Phelps for at least a year and mad dogging him in the semifinals, Chad le Clos misses the medals by half a second in the 200m butterfly despite being the defending olympic champion in the event. Phelps meanwhile just got his 20th gold medal. [Image: lol.gif]

Apparently some Brazilian (I think) rugby dyke's girlfriend proposed to her at the games so we can look forward to hearing about that for a week or so, I'm sure.
