Does anybody know if there is anything out there written about anti-rawdog, similar to anti-fap?

I am not criticizing, but i think there is nothing else i am doing in my life with nearly the same potential to fuck myself up as rawdogging.

Probably you all will just tell me to man and and stop doing it if that is what I want, but some advice would be appreciated.
