As always, there is no absolute poosy paradise and men can find a good time in almost any corner of the world.

I understand the bias and have gone through the same thing, but sometimes I think it's tempting to make a lot of generalizations based on limited knowledge of the country. Even the Thai do it so it's to be expected. I'm not familiar with those clubs as BKK isn't really the place I know, but if 75% of the girls were working, it definitely sounds like a low-class club frequented by prostitutes. That's not typical in a regular spot.

I think it's a lot easier to meet quality Isaan women if you actually go to Isaan, as a lot of the ones who leave the area are doing it so they can work the sex trade without being around their families. You will find plenty working in hotels and other bizzes though too. And even in Isaan, the percentage of women who ever work in the trade is pretty small; we get a bias because of the ones we meet in destinations known for that type of thing.

Rio is right - Also, it depends very much from where in Isaan the girl comes from. Those from the cities closer to the cambodian border Surin, Buriram, Ubon are usually short and dark.

I recommend to visit cities like Udon Thani - many tall and white girls there. Isaan girls are known to be sweet and fun, much more than e.g. girls from South. However nothing beats the sweethearts from the North Chiangmai and Chiangrai.
