I've been using Nizoral which should be treating this but sometimes I'm just not sure if it does. Aside from that, I've "nuked" my scalp once with a combination of apple cider vinegar and some cayenne pepper mixed in. It made my hair look amazing, the SD was gone, scalp was very healthy....only downside is that your head smells like smelly feet for a few days, I just wasn't sure if anyone else could smell it besides myself.

Took a half-liter water bottle, put in one tablespoon of cayenne pepper. Shake vigorously to make, and then poured it on my head in the shower while rubbing it in. I did it until I could feel a slight burn on my head (it's a good burning feeling, not bad...like a severe tingle)
