4 Best Bodyweight Exercises.

I stumbled upon this video whilst Youtube browsing. I think if you throw just a few of these exercises into your regime, you'll benefit hugely.
Bodyweight exercises are unparalleled for increasing core strength - which further improves things like posture. Important both for health as we get older, and for game reasons.

There's some good stuff in there for core strength, like Lalanne pushups, ab rollers, and Lsits.
I don't think he went down far enough for a pistol, but it's still good that he put it in there.
An impressive athlete for sure, he should try some gymnastics stuff like front and back levers.

Some good stuff here for when you're traveling, or don't want to go to the gym.

Have a legit source for that statement?
Just my opinion, and one that I've heard echoed by others. I probably shouldn't have said it as though it was fact. Plus many combat sportsmen swear by these sorts of exercises. They sometimes add weight, in the sense they'll hold a weight between their legs during a pull-up etc. Read about Carl Froch and David Haye's training - both use weighted pull ups as a core part of their training.
Hang on, I'll try and find some sources:

Not really definitive, but the majority of core-exercises are bodyweight ones. Planks etc

There's some punishing moves in that routine! Its a hell of an all round workout if you just do a few sets of maybe 5 of them in a circuit.
