I listen to Rage and Deftones exclusively when I work out.

You want to know the only thing you can assume about a broken down old man? It's that he's a survivor.

Anything high-energy and high-tempo works for me. I mainly listen to progressive metal, along with some rap from Too $hort. While I'm not really a fan, This Fire Burns by Killswitch Engage makes for some invigorating workout music.

Some other typical tracks I listen to:

James LaBrie - I Need You
Cloudkicker - Dysphoria
Meshuggah - Suffer in Truth

Roosh should install a soundcloud plugin for music, rather than having 9001 YouTube vids all down the screen. Anyway,

Kanye West - Black Skinhead... The first time I ever herd this song was when watching this video. I think subconsciously now hearing this song makes me wanna work out cause I think of the the video of the fit girl working out.

Marilyn Manson - Sweet Dreams. This song makes me feel evil and mean mug not matter what I am doing. The lyric "Some of them want to abuse you, Some of them want to be abused" Gets me super pumped up, the first part I think of someone trying to fight me and hurt me and for the second part I think of a hot girl who wants rough sex... they both get me to push out extra reps.

Flo Rida - Good Feeling. This may be another case of the video being Flo Rida training and traveling but it gets me pretty pumped up. Plus the first lyric in the song is "Yes I can."

Beings I am a white guy from the country, naturally I only listen to straight up gangsta rap when I lift.

Currently I am listening to:
Migos
Chief Keef
King Louie
Rick Ross
Lil Reese
Lil Durk
Meek Mill

What else should I throw on my lifting playlist?
