Edit: In other news the Finnish government has started to hire more people in preparation to handle these hordes of asylum seekers. They have even hired chartered airplanes to transport back immigrants who are not living up to the requirements of getting asylum.

The True Finn party leader and FM Timo Soini said that he didn't like to agree with it.
But he had to make a choice of leaving the goverment and go into opposition with the True Finns party or accepting more immigrants and continue to stay in power in the government.

I agree.

However, keep in mind that Slovakia has a large Roma (Gypsy) population, and they are the ones who make up the vast majority of that 1.8% poor people (mostly by their own choice, I might add - (oh what a horrible racist shitlord I am!)).

When you take that into account, the conclusion is that poverty is practically nonexistent in Slovakia. One of the few societies on Earth that can boast of such a thing.

I commend the Slovakian leadership for working hard to preserve that.

Politicians who are comparing todays migration issue with other immigration waves throughout history.

"After World War 2 a lot of Finnish refugees from lost territories went to Sweden and built up their industry"

"After the Second World War more than 10million German refugees came to Germany from lost Eastern territories"

How can people even compare todays immigration wave with those above?
How could immigration be difficult when the immigrants are sharing the same religon,cultural values and even speak the same language?

Bringing hordes of people from North Africa and the Arab world is a completely different thing!

Because the underlying assumption is equalism. We're all equal. We all bleed red. We're all the human race. There are no important differences. Anyone from any culture can come and succeed in another culture and all cultures have equal validity.

It's nonsense, but this assumption is the left's holy of holies, which permeates all of the different branches of its philosophy and is why you won't see many opponents of the left, especially the token cuckservative opposition, question it. Even Donald Trump hasn't gone anywhere near that far.

Though, Chaos, Russia has tons of immigrants of their own. Most from the Caucasus I believe. And many Russians don't particularly appreciate them. But of course it's not the same demographic that is heading to Europe now, but still, they do have many immigrants. Though in Russia they are quite appreciated by the employers since they are indeed cheap labour, and the Russian government does help them out a lot!

Asylum could cost Germany €10 billion. I've seen some (not here on the RVF) compare this to EU immigration but I would have to disagree; these people won't generate a net contribution to our economies. Even if they decide to work and consequently pay taxes it would be incredibly difficult for them to find jobs without learning the local language(s).

So long as there are reality denying liberals, it's going to continue and even get worse.
The victim mindset is being thoroughly reinforced across much of mainstream media and popular "news" websites on the Internet.
Just from my own personal observations, I can see German colleagues of mine on social media pushing the "Let's help the desperate refugees!" narrative, a few are what I would call native Germans, and mostly women too, but it's those who are daughters of Gastarbeiters, who are really pushing home the message that we all must help these poor helpless people!!
It's incredible to see the level of indoctrination that's out there.
Here's one such example I've seen being shared around online.
Interestingly my Swedish colleagues are staying relatively quiet on this, while before this current crisis, they were loudest in proclaiming their liberal credentials, but perhaps even the radicals in Sweden are having second thoughts.
Germany, however, appears to still be firmly in la-la land (although PEGIDA and similar groups are trying to wake up the populace to the reality of what's happening to Germany and the EU generally).

I understand it with the Syrians...they're legitimate victims of ISIS and ironically, the West's moronic policy about Assad - who should be an ally, in favour of Saudi - who should be an enemy! Plus, Syrians are Shia Muslims, who are much, much, much better at integrating.

However, all these Sub-Saharans and Pakistanis etc should be sent home. Yes, I know they want a better life and all that, but it's just not sustainable. I'm very thankful I was born in Western Europe, but I shouldn't feel bad about it to the point where I sacrifice what's good about it. Plus, my ancestors died for this place.

You shouldn't feel bad about being born in Europe, but didn't their ancestors die for THIS (this being Europe) place too? Seems like Western Europeans easily forget the interdependence that helped to sustain the wealth in Europe. I'm from Holland, and a lot of Dutch people forget that to rebuild Holland (Due to bombing by another European country) they needed (and forcefully acquired) resources from countries like Indonesia.

I agree with you on the moronic policy regarding Assad, but you have to understand that EU is under pressure by powerful leftist lobby groups. Not taking a stand against Assad's regime would have been opening up the floodgate on critique from each and every human right organisation and newspapers.

Hah, good on the Serbs. Let us not forget that the "West" reduced that country to rubble less than 20 years ago while supporting the Muslim Albanians over the Christian, European Serbs. It is not quite clear what is gonna happen with all those people in Serbia. I can assure you that the media campaign to "help" them, let them in etc. is incredibly strong. The bastards are actually playing on the card that it would be immoral to not help them because we had experience with our own refugees from Kosovo and ex-Yugoslavia territories. Let's just conveniently ignore the fact that those Serbian refugees were created thanks to Western policies (combined with some good old betrayal by Serbian politicans). There are a lot of those poor folks that are still without proper home or job, but we should strangle ourselves with additional thousands of foreign ones.

There are strong rumours that there will be huge relief camps made on Serbian soil for the refugees financed by EU money, which would not surprise me considering what a quinsling goverment we have right now.
