This is bullsh1t in one way or another.
As you can see from the video, the house is huge and has numerous play areas so he was spoiled by his father who has a 'ride on' lawn mower. What kind of sadistic fvck gives his kid all kinds of games and then later shreds them in front of him, if you think this is correct parenting you need to get your head read. I would simply get back at my father by taking a bat and going smashing all the windows in his car or beating him within an inch of his life. The camera man would be getting a bat to the face for taking a video, especially if he was family.. If it was my brother, I'd be going into his room and destroying everything he had. Hey man if you are going to get thrown out anyway, do it with a bang.
You can probably expect the father to wind up dead or something later on, that kid didn't look like he was joking.
First the act itself is disrespectful to your family but to film it? Now that's just sick. If you want your kid to get a job, throw him out. Simple. If the father had instilled a work ethic from the beginning, he wouldn't have this problem. He's obviously a dickhead who planned the entire thing from the get go, I don't know why people have this obsession with airing their dirty laundry on the internet.
If you listen to the kid "This cost me HUNDREDS of dollars" so he bought them all himself. What did the old man prove? He has no respect for his son.

From the video its clear the son is an unemployed college graduate with student loans who lives at home spending all of his time and energy on his Xbox. Props to the father for deciding to give his son a wake up call to refocus his priorities and destroy the games. Anyone who doesn't think video games can be a destructive addiction need only watch the son's reaction which was akin to a drug addict losing his shit at the thought of his drugs being taken away or put into rehab.
At the 1:04 mark: "Gaming is gonna be my job! . . . I do... I'm really good at it!"
You don't learn that bad work ethic from nowhere, its taught to you by your parents. If you don't game and its not your thing, that's fine but there is some sort of weird preoccupation on this forum with trashing guys hobbies that don't involve hunting, fishing and being 'outside'. Youtube not video games are what is causing this family's issues.. I think probably the kid plays video games to cope/escape his horrible life. They may be spoiled but they sure as hell aren't loved.
If the father wanted to do something useful, he would have taken an interest in his son's hobbies and tried to help him find a job that would match his skillset... failing that, simply give his son 20 days to find a job before you kick him out. Most likely that kid will get his own place, get an xbox and get playing again and never speak to the father and 'I'm guessing the brother' again.
I urge everyone on the forum to check out the youtube channel, the kids are clearly spoiled and the brother is a sick fvk...who basically tortures his brother for hits. This is not a happy family, I blame the parents.
What a wonderful Christmas that would be. Listen to his brother laugh at the end, what a sadistic fvk.
This family has bigger problems than videogames. The father and brother are likely narcissists.
