Avoid anything with red eye remover like visine. It can be addictive and damage the eye after you stop taking it. Definitely see a doctors if it persists, since problems like dry or keratitis can be much more severe if left untreated.

thanks, I am quitting the Visine/Clear Eyes because it doesnt seem to be working. I just fired up my humidifier, have this overnight gel they suggested, and starting the Restasis. Does this sound like a good fix?

When I was young I got a lot of stuff in my eyes; motorcycling and running a painting business. I dont do that stuff any longer, but I read somewhere that can affect you later on in life with red eyes. I am also looking into the laser eye surgery to correct my vision.

Sounds good. Who suggested the gel? If you motorcycle make sure the you wear protective goggles with polycarbonate lens if your having issues with things flying in your eyes. Even corrected the lasik won't protect your eyes form debris.

Lasik you have to set up several doctors visits usually one to see if your okay with your regular eyedoctor, an evaluation which may be free with the eye surgeon, and than of course the surgery. And after that you will do a follow up either at the surgeon or your regular eye doctor. Granted that's how its done here.

No-Homo Skin Care Tips

I've finally started a facial care routine, despite knowing about this 8 page thread. I look quite young even though I'm 40, but I now I want to preserve it. I avoid tanning. I started this based on a post from Good Looking Loser and some skin care products he advocated. That post is here, and I give credit to Chris for bringing this stuff to my attention: http://www.gll-getalife.com/entry/good-l...ly-routine

Products I use now:

1) African Black Soap
2) OZ Naturals Hyaluronic Acid with Vitamin C and Amino Acids
3) OZ Naturals Facial Moisturizer
4) OZ Naturals Eye Gel

All of these products are available on Amazon.

I've become a huge fan of the OZ stuff because I believe it works. You can feel it. It also smells great and appears to be very high quality stuff. Highly rated on Amazon. What I do now is to wash my face with the soap. Dry with towel. Put on the Hyaluronic Acid serum and then the eye gel under the eyes (I have under eye bags problems sadly). After your skin tightens up from the hyaluronic acid (5-10 mins), I use the facial moisturizer.

This stuff is moderately priced, maybe $15-20 for each thing, but you only need to use a little bit of each product. So it lasts a really long time. Do not sleep on the Eye Gel, it's the only thing I have used that visibly reduces under eye swelling and bags.

I've been using the African Black Soap for a few weeks now, absolutely love the stuff! Don't see myself switching anytime soon.

Previously I was using Dr. Bonner's for a long time then over the last 6 months or so I was going no soap and just taking cold showers and washing myself with just water.

Nubian Heritage African Black Soap with Oats, Aloe and Vitamin E (I ended up finding this brand at Walmart)

There are a couple more I would like to try that I came across on Amazon that are made and imported from Ghana and Nigeria.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0058NA...H9HN10NFPD

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0053L2...H9HN10NFPD

All have lots of great reviews and pretty cheap at around $8-$10.

The only negative is that it's black soap so it does get a little messy in the shower on the walls and on the sink. But that's a minor problem that can easily be kept at bay.

This product is not to be missed! ENJOY!

No-Homo Skin Care Tips

Even after the general mainstream acceptance of metrosexual faggotry, there still seems to be a general distrust of men who use creams and potions to maintain youthful skin, and in a lot of ways that is completely justified. You wouldn't catch your grandfather searching through the pharmacy to find the perfect products to apply to his face in order to retain his boyish good looks, and anyone who caught him doing so would think of him as a poof. Your grandmother would probably have even been completely turned off by a man who used anything other than soap and water, since his job was to provide for her family rather than spend time and resources on looking like a dandy.

However, times have changed. A lot of guys here will remain bachelors for decades longer than the average man two generations ago. On top of that, women are just generally more superficial that years gone by. Of course there are many ways as a man to remain sexually relevant well into his thirties, forties and even beyond. But it's just hurting older guys game if they decide to adopt their grandfather's rugged looks and not look after their skin. Would I prefer to say fuck it and let my skin age naturally? Of course I would. I feel like I have relinquished a small part of my masculinity every time I spent more than thirty seconds washing my face. I would rather just be and man and let that speak for itself. Unfortunately, that's not the reality we live in now where we will most likely not be respected and adored for the greater part of our life by one women in return for providing her and her offspring with a stable existence.

Despite this, we still need to recognise that spending time fawning over our looks is entirely un-masculine. When we watch our LTRs spending half an hour on their skin care routine each night, we appreciate that she is doing everything she can to remain youthful and beautiful. However, most women who witness the same behaviour from a man would begin to despise him, no matter how much she says she appreciates the metrosexual revolution. Modern women are artificially conditioned through media to wanting us to look perfect, (as well as being financially stable, charismatic, confident etc), while still biologically programmed to wanting us to exhibit masculine behaviour. On top of that, any man who spends too much time in front of a mirror evaluating and maintaining his looks will slowly develop the feminine trait of vanity that all humans naturally distrust.

So we need a product that is inexpensive and required no more than a minute to apply each day. I'm in my mid thirties, and it's only been a year since I noticed my developing wrinkles and used anything other than face wash. Since then I've tried three different products for men with practically no results. However, one month ago, I picked up this from the supermarket.

Again, I feel like a faggot for even posting this, and I probably wouldn't admit to most of my friends that I use it. But the results were pretty amazing. After just one month, my skin is looking significantly better. All of the wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes have significantly decreased, and I almost look like a different person when I look in the mirror. It's relatively cheap, (although more expensive than other products for men), and takes about 10 seconds each day before I go to bed. They have a whole range of products (eye creams etc), but of course if you decide to start using all that stuff, you are dangerously close to developing a "skin care routine."

I have since found out that this product is a men's version of a skin cream which was independently tested by the BBC in the UK and found to be the only one which had any significant effect. Hilariously, the day after the show aired, swarms of wrinkled hags started forming lines outside the shops at 5am, and one year's supply was sold out in two weeks. All I can say about that is, thank god I'm a man whose value is not derived almost 100% from my appearance.

One final note, unrelated to skin care but related to older guys looking younger is the issue of nose hair, ear hair and eyebrows. Most guys are onto it when it comes to keeping their nostrils free of stray hairs. But once you pass thirty, you will start to notice the development of hair growing out of your ears, bushy eyebrows and monobrows. It takes less than five minutes once a week in front of a mirror with a pair of tweezers keeping this under control, but it has a big effect on your appearance.

And granddad, I know you're looking down at me, slowly shaking your head in disappointment. But just remember that I get more pussy than you could have ever imagined. [Image: banana.gif]

Does anyone have any tips for hyperpigmentation caused by hair.

Basically I have hyperpigmentation around my hair follicles that show up on my face as very dark areas. Having patchy beard does not help since it is still noticeable.

I have brown tanned skin( like a Indian ) and have tried retin a, vit E, Vit C, bleaching( do not recommend it for sensitive skin) .

+1 for this recommendation, have been using it for about a month and it's made a noticeable improvement. I had a "skin care routine" already but women have commented on how good my skin looks since I started with this.

A girl I dated some years back was an esthetician and invited me in her parlor for a free facial treatment. Of course I was the only dude in the building and this felt like something almost gay for a guy to be getting, but since I wasn't paying for it I didn't care. She steamed my face, gave a facial massage to stimulate circulation, applied all kinds of creams and treatments. It was actually really relaxing. When she was done, my face never looked so good. I could see why women spend all this money every month on that stuff.

I have a random story from travelling actually whilst I was in Cambodia that completely concurred with this! I went for a haircut in this dusty all hairdressers in a coastal town. After they cut my hair, they asked if I wanted a facial type treatment, I ummed and urred and though hell, its only 1-2 bucks more and I've got some time to kill, so why not! I felt amazing afterwards, I had my eyes closed so don't know what the exact procedure was but included a massage, lotions, cucumber, the works. The cleaned me up properly. I left the shop thinking wow, I felt amazing and it was as if my tiredness and had been completely lifted. It was probably the most alive I had felt the entire trip, haha.

Anyway, just goes to show, you can see why women spend their money on facial treatments and the like. I sometimes put cucumber slices on my eyes lol and lay on my back, that shit feels good afterwards. I swear I will turn into a proper Patrick Batemen soon with a daily facial regimen, haha.

How about dry skin due to winter? What type of moisturizers do you guys use to combat that? My hands will start bleeding since they get so scaly due to dryness.

It is alcoholic, read a few posts on here that its not a proper clenser for your face not sure, but my dermatologist recomended it and it works wonders. 2 weeks x twice a day all razor bumps vanished and even some of my old scars! Good stuff.
My derm also said for $500 laser surgery would remove all my old scars. Will do this soon.

Cold showers are by far the best thing I've ever done for my skin

I've always had clear skin but I feel like I can clean it better and feel fresher under cold water, and it dries out far less

I've been using Aztec Indian Healing Clay for the past month and I've had nothing but amazing results. My pores are smaller, my skin looks a lot smoother, and the blackheads that were on my nose are gone. I only use it twice a week because if you use it everyday it'll dry out your skin. The only disadvantage with using it is that it can get really messy. This stuff is seriously a godsend. You can get it here.

(I mix it with water; some people have left reviews saying it's better to use ACV or jojoba oil but I'm getting excellent results with water only. I might consider using jojoba oil though.)

Warning: your face will feel like it's being sucked into a vortex but that's completely normal. [Image: lol.gif]

Recently I have been changing my skin care routine. I started doing the no-poo method for my hair (I have those blonde curls) and I went heavy into doing the all natural thing. It matches up with the way I prefer to eat as well, I go close to paleo when I can.

Well when I started using coconut oil and olive oil for my hair I began to research and see that alot of people use them as cleansers too. Rubbing coconut or olive oil over your face dissolves the oil clogging your pores and then you can use a quick steam with a hot wet rag to pull the impurities out of your pores. It sounds crazy, rubbing oil all over your face, but I have been doing it for the last week and it has been fantastic!

I have always had tons of black heads on my nose, and then the occasional acne breakout. But just a week of using the oil cleansing method on my face has cleared up a ton of the black heads. My nose has never looked better! Not to mention the oil is moisturizing and anti bacterial/antifungal too! I even use it as a shaving cream!

You can even use it as a body wash. I combine olive oil and coconut oil and blend into a paste and then add in some baking soda. The baking soda helps cleanse and gives a fresh scent. you can add other essential oils for scent. Then I just use the cream as a body wash.

Nonsense. Here is what is truly masculine: not giving a fuck about what anyone else thinks, and doing whatever it takes to get the finest ass that you can stick a hard cock into.

I can assure you that granddaddy is looking down on earth not only in disappointment but in frank despair as he beats his grandfatherly meat salivating from on high over unbelievable and unforgivable blended pussy like this, 2015 pussy that is literally better than it's ever been in the history of the universe (the girl on the right):

In short, never think for a fucking nanosecond about any "masculinity" bullshit because nothing on earth is more masculine than slamming it home into a hot young cunt and flooding it with one groaning load after another. Whatever serves that purpose, is what you should be doing.

And finally, Cera Ve is the single best moisturizing cream out there; it's an incredibly high quality product that you can get at any drugstore, and you don't need anything better than that.

Cera Ve moisturizing cream

Always be slapping that stuff on slightly moist but not outright wet skin -- put some lukewarm water on your skin, then towel off very lightly, then put on the Cera Ve. Thank me later...

Also never be afraid to put some 100% Aloe gel on your face and anywhere on your skin, great stuff. Same protocol as with the moisturizer:

Fruit of the Earth 100% Aloe Vera Gel

same old shit, sixes and sevens Shaft...

I am using Lab Series products (http://www.labseries.com/index.tmpl). They are quite pricey but they work great.

Obviously, if you want your skin to improve, combine it with (i) healthy food, (ii) enough sleep, (iii) enough water and (iv) little alcohol consumption. Then again, you are only young once. Try to find the right balance.

I bought one of those brushes a cheaper one however. My take on it is that if your skin is clear don't use it, it opens up your pores too much

I'm still trying to close my pores a month after I stopped using that thing. If you need to clean your face pour whatever facial wash you use on your hands and do it like that

All i use is 70% rubbing alcohol. Soak paper towel and scrub. I haven't had a zit in 6 months. Do it three times a day. It breaks down all the oils and frees up the dirt and kills most things that cause zits. My pores are clearing out and shrinking. I use it after shaving or cutting my hair. Also after i work out or bang.

The thing about alcohol is that it dries out your skin and makes it look older, You sound really young so its not a problem now but in the future it would be
