I worked on cruises out of Florida for a few years. It was for a casino concession and lucky enough to have dining privileges.

My move was always the following:

Go to where they display the cruise embarkation photos as soon as they put them up. These are the photos they take of everyone upon boarding.

Scout out photos of all girls, noticing who is not with boyfriends, husbands, or families.

Arrange with dining maitre d to sit at targets table.

For me I usually got one girl per cruise, for cruises longer than three days, you bail early if you are not making headway and go after others.

FYI, female staff is very difficult for civilians to pick up as all girls hook up with guys on the ship almost immediately. The longest I have ever seen a girl stay single was like 4 days.

Just came from a cruise on the Mediterranean, one week on the boat with almost 3000 people and 700 tripulants. Never thought I'd say this but it was great. Got 3 flags ( one Peruan, one bolivian, one Chilean). Kept banging the Peruan for the rest of the cruise. I still can't believe how easy it was, like taking candies from a kid. I travelled and met great places like Santorini and mykonos. Great weather and food and the biggest advantage is that the chicks can't go anywhere, so at night everyone gets drunk in the bars and it's like a living buffet.

I’ve been on several luxury transatlantic repositioning. Good value sure. Stops at Canary Is or Azure’s. Check. Hotties? Ah no. All with bfs or underage. I had one decent chick. One time. My 40 year old brother went on this "salsa/Latin" themed 4 night cruise outta Miami that takes place every November for the past 2 years.

The crowd is generally aged from like 28 - 60 with the majority being in their 30s/40s. I saw some pics there were some cuties by my standards. This 30 something Dominicana is really digging him post cruise.

It's a real festive atmosphere and women are liquored up and very open.

But, I can see if the ship is relocating and you're gaming on the staff how it could be effective. Security is down, staff can roam about the cabins... Seems legit. There won't be too many guests--not many ppl will take those types of cruises. You're just going to game the staff. But, again, why would you do this???

I’ve done plenty of relocation cruises. Good value if you stop in canaries or Azores. Otherwise too many sea days.

Cameras are everywhere and the stewards are in the hallways. The semi-cute pinay ice cream scoop girl can’t be seen on your deck. She’ll get fired. She’s not worth it anyway (unless you suck at getting pussy).

There are usually 1-2 girls in the 20-30 range with their moms or families. I only ever met one hot one. She was annoying and prissy so I hooked up with her ugly sister.

Think it certainly depends on the cruise you pick. I did a Carnival one in the Caribbean, was maybe 5% that were above 60, if that. There were probably 15-20 girls that I'd say were a 6+, probably 3 that were an 8-8.5 range. Having said that, if you don't like the 18-21 age range you can basically cull those numbers to 3 or 4 girls total, that's going to be the pick of the litter and the best target range on a cruise generally and they'll likely be there with parents so work that into the game challenges.

Agree entirely with the OP on sneaking alcohol on. I'd also add that getting the drinks package is worth it if you're even a moderate drinker. 3 or so drinks a day was the breakeven point when I did it.

OP didn't mention the day game element really at all but I found this to be a very strong part of it. Find a few girls on the first day/night that is generally an open sea day that you like and work out a way to get them on a day date on the first stop. Assuming you're doing a tropical place then beaches are very strong, a few cocktails and a great day on a beach is a pretty good date and will have you in prime position when you get back to the boat. Be careful of the fatigue though, the meals will be heavy and if you go too hard during the day with the girl you make the flaking odds much higher, can be worth avoiding the dinner and trying for a bang back at the room at this time even, there will be other food options you can go to grab a bite.

Overall I'd say that cruises are a low return investment. If there are no quality girls, you're stuck. Even if there are the supply will be low and the competition will be solid, the cruise I was on had a good 4 male groups for each female group and the families are just as likely to produce male competition as female targets. Basically a cruise is largely a lucky dip in a strong environment but just going to a resort town can give you pretty much all the benefits and greatly improves the talent pool.
