Is There A Point Of Diminishing Returns On Weightlifting And Attracting Girls?

I'll chime in on this. At my biggest I was 250lbs running 700mg of test e along with 50mg dbol pre-workout. I was holding a lot of water so I was huge but smooth. I would say I was around 9 percent body fat. The vast majority of attention I was getting was from older women.Young chicks wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I was also rocking a shaved head with a lumberjack beard.

I'm currently running 150mg tren A, 50mg test prop, 50 mast prop and 25mcg t3 a day. Right now, 230 at about 6 percent body fat. I get tons of stares from high school to college chicks. Older women still look. Have a lined up fade with a neatly trimmed beard.

Moral of the story... Hulk mode = older broads.... Lean mode = attention from all ages... from my experience..... I'm 6ft 2 btw...

230 llbs is hardly lean, you are a big guy.
Could it be that the shaved head and beard look was scaring young girls?

Not sure if someone has posted this yet, but someone has done a scientific study on this:
http://foxhoundstudio.com/blog/fitness-l...ant-to-be/

TL;DR version: Lean mass is best (think Brad Pitt in Fight Club). Women prefer thin and toned to big and bulky.

There is only so much time in the day. If a guy works a full time job and has a full life, and commits to serious training and is truly serious about it, his whole life will revolve around it. His sleep, what he eats, where he goes, if he is really training hard his whole lifestyle will be affected. Then he goes out less, then he gets self conscious because he is only focused on himself, on and on.

I think its more about lifestyle which causes the dip. Lots of women prefer big guys, but to get there causes an almost monk-like lifestyle. Its why I quit training like that, not as a bodybuilder, but as a bicycle racer I was riding 20 hours a week, never went out, never drank or went out to dinners. Nobody training like that really does. Actually think it was a waste of a life, would never go back to that.

Please point me to the scientific study used to write that article. That's an article written by two hipsters, it is obviously not a scientific study. Im surprised anyone could even mistake it as such.

They polled a bunch of people on their fitness blog and social media. Do you want to fuck the girls that hang around these dudes online?

You should know by now not to listen to what girls say they want anyways.

increasing from a weight to another weight doesnt tell us what you look like? is youre body fat going up? there are guys that weigh 190-200 and look like fitness models and others that look chubby. these brothers are in that range http://www.youtube.com/user/twinmuscleworkout and i dont think they would do better by losing weight.

The hodgetwins are deeply religious about they're work out regimen. They have been working at that for 3-5 years.

yes but people here are talking about weighing a certain amount and that doesnt tell us much without bodyfat % or pictures etc
mikecf had a post that said bigger is better, i agree with that as long as your gaining muscle and not fat you cant be too big without gear.
someone that thinks hes losing interest from girls after getting bigger prob has gained more fat than muscle

Symmetry and being proportionate are important. If you guys want to know what women like, just ask them.

I don't need to ask them. Women don't have anything interesting to tell me about attraction.

I have banged girls as far as a 15 years younger than me and 10 years above my age. Banged a girl as quickly as 5 minutes.

When a woman outright comes and molests me (witnessed by McQueen and DVY), then I know what she wants. Not first time that has happened, either.

When I bang a girl within 5 minutes of meeting her at a pool part, I know what women want.

When I'm with my girl and get solicited for a threesome at a pool party or bar (has happened multiple times), I know what girls want.

When my friends who are more jacked than I get solicited for sex and threesomes, I know what women want.

When I am lounging with a friend who is "too big" by most forum guys standards and a hot girl comes up and says, "No offense to you [me], but you [my friend] don't even look real," then I know what women want.

When women come up to that same guy and say, "We just had to meet you," well, I know what women want.

It ain't skinny boys. It's men who look like gladiators with broad shoulders, narrow waists, and a dominant physical presence.

There's a point of diminishing returns, but less than 1% of guys need to "worry" about getting there.

That said, I don't know any man who is in the fitness lifestyle solely to get girls. You don't push yourself through the rigors of training to get laid. You do it for a whole host of other reasons (anger issues, a form of therapy, narcissism, the desire to have a project, a vision for yourself, and on and on).

Women are just a byproduct of the lifestyle.

Tuthmosis. That's where my trust is going.

They said they work out 45 minutes a day, 6 days a week. So much for that 20 hours a week nonsense.

Comment from that piece:

Most men will not understand women and vice versa. But the writing is on the wall. MOST women (of all types) do not like overly muscled unnatural looking men. Those that DO are other bodybuilders and homosexuals.

Simple.

For most men, shrink your waist and increase your shoulder width. The proportioned V taper is what women find attractive. If you take steroids you are an insecure wimp who once they go off their cycle have the same testosterone level as a 12 year old girl. Steroids make you LESS of a man.

^ Hey, I'll say this.

"Pool party season" starts in March or April. I'll be in Vegas at least 4 times between then and September.

Anyone who thinks women don't like muscles want to meet me and my friends out there?

Let's see who gets more female interest (however defined).

Loser pays for the day bed at Encore, Wet, and Marquee.

I mean, isn't that the great thing about game? You don't need to theorize.

You either get results in the real world or you don't. You either pull or you don't.

You meet guys and they even have a "baseball card collection" of pics of girls they've banged in their cell phones, or they don't.

No need for theory or speculation.

Just show up and let's see what happens.

Haha nice. Odds are certain weekends our paths will cross.

I'll be the guy stumbling around the pool holding a bottle trying to find my phone.

You may as well just buy an extra iPhone now (we know you'll lose your current phone before March) and send it off for this treatment:

Ok. Reading these posts has been interesting.

I'll say this.

To answer the OP, no, I don't think being jacked equates to diminishing returns, all else being equal.

Prime example is Alistair Overeem from UFC, my fav fighter. That dude is brolic as fuck (beat Brock Lesnar) but I always see him with bad bitches (more than any other guy in the sport). This dude always stays with something new.

[Image: 941674_600239243327529_1821875665_n_zpsd39142a2.jpg]

But then you have guys like Mick Jagger, whose biography I read last year. Skinny fuck smashed over 4,000 women in his life, many of whom found him irresistible. Think about that number. That's basically a new bitch everyday for at least ten years.

I mean the anecdotes were crazy. Bad bitches saying he was their greatest lover. Even former French President Sarkozy went to great lengths to keep Jagger away from his circles in Paris (he used to date Sarkozy's current former model wife back in her prime).

I think above all, bitches like bread. I'll never forget the time last year when I was at Lavo in NYC (high end nightclub) and saw this obese couch potato in a t-shirt and jeans, tennis shoes, acne on his face, step outside with a 10/10 Heidi Klum in her prime bad model bitch. They were making out much to the horror of everyone around. Only $ explains shit like that.

@Hencredible:

Girls cannot resist rock stars. Period.

My style tends to be Hank Moody when I'm dressed down and Scott Disick dressed up, so being really jacked I don't think fits my 'game'.

From what everyone has said, my sweet spot without laboring my ass over it is around 190-193lbs which works for me. I was blessed with naturally wide shoulders, so if I am ripped and toned it'll be my most 'natural' physical state.

I genuinely feel (and I've seen some unscientific data to back this up - both anecdotally with others and through social media and firsthand with my own experiences) that the slim/cut/cardio look is more effective than the bigger more muscular look.

Guys tend to like the buff look more than most girls. Girls are as happy (or more so) with an Adam Levine type than with a Mark Wahlberg type physique IMO.

I've seen the same results firsthand. Fit/trim is better received for me and (I'd assume) for many guys. You think David Beckham would have the same facial features if he added 25 lbs of muscle and started ingesting twice as many calories and double the protein each day?
