This is my experience as well

Again, what girls say and what girls do are two different things. I lived with a bunch of girls once. Even as a clueless omega it hit me that none of them ever said to their friends they'd like to get fucked by big ugly bikers etc but somehow they managed to get fucked by them ONS rather than the society approved guys they said they wanted.


Someone on this forum said that proportions matter more than size. I don't remember who but I believe he is on the right track. How many guys here have experience gaming at different sizes? What differences did you find etc?

I think the 8% bodyfat and 6 pack abs are not worth the strict diet and exercise required.

Outside of a beach environment you will be wearing a shirt when you attract/approach most women so they cant even see your sixpack.

Just work out at least twice a week and watch your carb/sugar in take and you should have a body better than 90-95% of other men.

My take on just about any physical attribute as it relates to game is that it's bait...a lure. It may get you more attention than a guy that isn't in as good of shape/as good looking facially, but it's game that seals the deal. You could have those prototypical model looks, but if you open your mouth and nonsense comes out, or you insult chicks, or generally come across as a douche, the pussy will dry right up. There may be a small percentage of women that will simply decide to fuck you despite what you say, but having some tightness to your game will maximize the looks. Your looks can supplement game, but isn't game in and of itself.

I got the powder. But the benefit of the tabs is the ease with which you can travel with the supplement. However, I believe there's not as many servings as the powder form. I spent around $60 for the jar.

The muscles (and this also goes for stuff like nice clothes) make your approach easier and make it less likely you'll be blown out. They also go some way in building attraction, because 95% of girls will choose to spend their time with a guy with a handsome physique, other things being equal. But, unless you have a body that happens to hit her sweet spot exactly, it's game or fame that's going to seal the deal.

I agree, I got more attention when I was carrying more fat and bulk than I do now. My body is better now but when I am clothed you just can't really see it, women are shocked when I take my shirt off.

I don't think when the OP made the elite body post he wsa quite talking about that extreme. They have chest definition and stuff largely because they are so damn huge. I think OP was getting at more the Brad Pitt (Fight Club), Ryan Reynolds look...or atleast I'd assume. I think those super jacked guys look ridiculous but to each their own.

But yes, it is true most guys highly underestimate their bodyfat %.

Maintaining 9-12%BF is not much work (provided you are not too lazy) & is well worth the investment. I do it not for the women but as a investment in myself (health, quality of life, etc).
