It is hilarious, but so true that guys who work out desperately mostly to attract women and pull are in fact getting worse at game. They workout all week, go out friday, maybe saturday night and hope to pull. Their strategy? Show up with tight fitting shirts and hope to get approached. Make eye contact, and think 'This girl is looking at me, she is into me.. let's see if she comes closer, and maybe says something!'

Its hilarious, because if they don't get approached at all/enough, they will attribute to not being attractive enough. So they work out harder at the gym, and harder. Eventually, they may get lucky and find an aggressive woman that will pull them. They will attribute their success to their quality of 'game'. What do they do? Workout harder..

I rather just workout and be healthy and choose to approach whoever attracts me. Don't care too much if my body makes a difference.

And have still yet to determine the power of facial features. Not sure if the face or body is more important in the physical attraction aspect.

There is really no downside to it. It can only help you. Not only in terms of getting girls but also your self esteem, confidence, energy level, happiness, health, sleep, circulation, etc, etc.

There are a million benefits to being healthy.

I think what HC is getting at is our mental model/perception of what we think would be attractive to women is different, sometimes very different, from what women are actually attracted to. We care primarily how a woman looks, and that necessarily carries over to our perception of what male looks we find attractive.

Set aside the troll vs. model comparison. In the middle of the male appearance distribution, can we really definitively say what women find attractive? Hell, we can't even trust what women SAY they find attractive, so how can we know?

Anyway, the bottom line is just to always try to improve your health (look good), wealth ($$), and knowledge (read a goddamn book). These are all intrinsic goods.

I think I found the gap here. You're speaking on an individual basis versus a macro basis. In which case I agree with you.

If you give me a photo of some cute female no I cannot tell you what guy she will find attractive. I need the full life story.

Let me chime in on this. Having a good body does help. It's the same way wearing good clothes and not bummy ass rags helps.

Nothing is absolute but it makes your work more efficient.

Brush your teeth, wash your body, gain some muscle, smell good, put some decent threads on, get a lair easily accessible from your hunt zone, convey high status and go in and put in work.

All these composites make a whole difference.

A strong healthy body conveys health and most lizards are drawn to copulate with healthy men.

I've never had a lizard honestly say that she finds men with a well developed physique repulsive. That is unless, she is sick in the head and you don't really want to make sick headed lizards your target demographic.

Those who have worked out and changed their physique from average to above average know the score. Those who have remained tubby or scrawny think it's all hype. The same way those think status doesn't matter. The same way those think money doesn't matter.

Again it helps and I speak from personal experience. I've enhanced my physique from lean to powerful and found the following:

1) Those who like what you are presenting are almost drawn towards you to touch you your exposed physique like moths to a light.

2) Found it easier to close when I exposed the physique. It's the same way once I saw a lizard in the library who had a very ordinary face back in school. I wouldn't have paid her no mind (face was nothing to write home about) but for some reason that particular day she was walking past me on the stairs wearing some leggings that really accentuated her bom physique and when I saw the shape of her arse, I knew my study plans were fcuked. My primal urges had kicked in and I was a prisoner. I had to designate the rest of my time to approaching her so we could fcuk (we did eventually, a month later). My point in mention is: don't underestimate the sexual nature of human beings.
