For example, I got an unsolicited offer this week that's $300k higher than my purchase price based on its "potential".

I sincerely believe that people on this site as well could benefit from it by living it up and balling for the same prices they're currently paying in their travels at cheap hotels/motels. This can very well be the missing ingredient to living the true International Playboy lifestyle. Have a passport, make good cash online and stay at top hotels/resorts for pennies on the dollar. I got side tracked a bit by other ventures on my plate, mainly China related. Im in the process of picking things up and having new updated sites built for my biz. Head office not only improved the membership but they also tripled the commissions making it irresistible and very lucrative.

Where else can you consistently beat Expedia by an average of 50-60% on their "garanteed best price" while being paid 3250$ or more/sale? Where else can you make 6 figs with only 3 sales/month as an affiliate? Answer: no where else but with this! Im extremely excited to get things back to where it was before being side tracked!

I have a few side hustles.
-tending to peoples grow houses. I get paid in large amounts of herb and I just flip it to my Buddy who hustles it at a discount. I only have the pound(s) for about an hour and then it's just cash in my pocket.
-I learned to do renovations when I was 16 (fix holes in walls, sand, paint etc) so when people close the grow shows, I go make it look brand new. More cash money in my pocket.
It pays to be handy (plus it's all out of the books so no taxes). Next I'm going to learn to work on cars. I never had any opportunities to learn how, but I can detail and fix scratches really well. It seems like young people today have no idea how to do jack sh*t so I am a rarity.

So now, I'm thinking about learning ios development or web dev for location independence or to be somehow financially independent through apps or web products.

For the guys who went to business school and have worked in the industry a bit (think consulting, investment banking, etc..) you could EASILY work location independent by holding workshops on interview and skill prep.

I know people who have cleaned up doing this. Things like excel modelling, behavioural questions, case interview questions, etc...

Students are happy to pay $100+ for a solid workshop. Fill a lecture hall of 50-100 students and you are laughing.

I've had a lot of success recently buying and selling boxes of Magic:The Gathering cards. Sealed boxes of packs that is, not individual cards. Started about 6 months ago and I'm up 40-50% - way more than I expected. If you're looking for a 10-20% annual return on less than 10k you could do a lot worse.
