No. Someone else mentioned that the smallness of the countries makes an impact if there will coverage. There is so little going on in these places that my presence is news. South Americans couldn't care less if a Yank is trying to bang their women. But Iceland, Latvia, Estonia... outrage.
Small countries have a psychology akin to small man complex, especially if they have a proud and historic past. For example, Lithuania was once the largest nation in Europe. It stretched from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea and its border came within seventy miles of Moscow. Lithuanians are proud of their heritage and their language, which is the most ancient language in Europe.
The Baltic people are proud of their history, their language, and their heritage. In Eastern Europe, this is amplified by the suffering endured from the Soviet occupation. They are also tired of the morons from the stag parties, news of which even makes the newspapers (e.g., in Lithuania, drunken Brits arrested for urinating on statues of national heroes).
I doubt that you will encounter a similar situation in larger countries such as Russian or Ukraine. Then again, you describe the cock-blocking as not coming from men on the street, but from men on the web. Roosh, your notoriety is increasing. It is possible that you may find that things have changed for you the next time that you hit South America (at least in regard to web sites tracking your movements).
My best example of small man complex (true story). My college room mate goes home on break. He goes out to a bar with a friend who is a large man. They sit at the bar. A small guy approaches:
-- Small guy: "Hey, you're really big. I bet you think you could kick my ass."
-- Big guy: "Hey, I'm just here for a drink, buddy. Chill out."
At that point, they just turn away and ignore him. The small guy leaves. About five minutes later:
GUNSHOT! The small guy found his sucker. Be careful out there.
