Buenos Aires Report:
Overview:
The land of the thin mints. I’ve never seen such a high concentration of thin girls in my life. For me, that’s awesome. But I know that is not everyone’s idea woman. Some general observations are as follows:
•The highest concentration of 7s and 8s, it’s like they are giving them away here. A good amount of English is spoken here, much more than Medellin but less than Rio.
•Argentenian guys are good looking and tall. You will have some competition.
•Safest place I went to on my trip. Didn’t even feel any threat at all.
•Palermo is a great place to stay. Tons of nightlife options, too many to even decide.
•Couples here love PDA, it’s pretty crazy. You will see people full on making out porno style in higher end restaurants, in parks, on streets, everywhere.
•Cabs are hit or miss. I waited less than 2 minutes up to 30 minutes one time (rush hour, rain).
•The food and wine are awesome.
•Very cheap city overall, reminds me a lot of Manhattan but at a considerable discount.
Logistics:
The international airport is located pretty far away from Palermo, where we were staying. Took about an hour with traffic and cost $40 with a prearranged driver. Palermo Soho is a cool area of town and we were right next to it in Palermo Viejo. I’d recommend staying there. There are a lot of restaurants and bars and such all around you.
I never took the bus, only taxis and one time I took the metro which is insanely packed. I’ve never seen people lining up to get onto the subway at the platform. However, one thing I will say is that the subway ride was the most sexually charged public transportation event I’ve ever taken. Lots of hot girls, all sweating (because it’s so damn hot), and you are inches away from their dripping wet faces/bodies. Nobody spits game though at least not on the one I was on.
The City is very large. As for touristy sites, go see the cemetery in Recoleta. It’s awesome. The big park there is kinda cool too to just hang out.
Women:
I don’t think I was there long enough to get a real sense of what they are like. They are definitely not as friendly in the clubs as they were in Medellin or now in Rio. But if you knew them from before, they were very friendly. I met up with a girl from CS and we did a little double date with her friend and my friend. She was cute actually, we had dinner and danced for a bit, then she invited me to some crazy house party the last night I was there.
From talking to a local I met there, he described the girls at the clubs as very negative at first, then they get friendlier. They are used to Argentenian guys approaching them repeatedly and hard so it is “protocol” for them to say no the first few times in the night, then later they are more friendly.
Girls really make out passionately at the clubs. I don’t know if they bone or what afterwards. I was there only 4 nights so hard to make a valid generalization. What’s funny is Roosh was dead on about the dating style here from my brief experience: Met the CS girl out, she invited me to a party with her friends, and the next date is where we would go out and potentailly hook up. Sadly with my time constraints I couldn’t get to that point.
Joined the Always gym while I was there off of Guatemala and Guparrachara (or something like that). In Palermo Soho. Same one Roosh joined. It was pretty cheap for a week membership, forgot how much exactly though. Maybe 180 pesos. Not airconditioned and no water fountains, so just remember that.
Safety:
No issue whatsoever.
Food:
Food is awesome, simply put. And super cheap compared to the US. Some recommendations:
•Mott’s in Palermo Soho for a late lunch. Nice crowd, awesome food. I got the lomo sandwhich it was seriously maybe one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had.
•La Cabrera. Everyone knows it, try to make a reservation but if not we just waited 40 minutes. I got the ribeye muy jugoso. I got everything muy jugoso. Don’t let them overcook the steaks. Avoid the dry aged steak.
•There is an empanada place in Recoleta that is pretty good and well known. Try googling it, you should find it easily.
•Milion in Recoleta is a very cool place - it is a former mansion turned bar/restaurant. Skip the food, go there at night for the bar area. Kinda posh atmosphere.
Nightlife:
For the national drink, fernet and coke is not that bad. Timing is awesome but different here. People eat around 9-11, go to a bar from 11-1, then go to clubs at 130-2 to 6am or so. Here are the stories:
•Tuesday: Went to Kika, which is well known for tuesday nights. It was more of a tourist crowd, but very very fun time. We got a bottle to get the VIP area, but it was a sham and here’s why: They don’t let you bring girls up to the VIP, which is the dumbest thing I ever heard. It was pretty cheap though, so if you want an exclusive area I guess go for it. Turned out to be fun because we partied with the people next to us. I made out with a girl that lives in my same town in California of all things. Got pretty wild we were pouring champagne into girls’ mouths which was kinda fun.
•Wednesday: Went out with the CS girl on the double date of sorts. Place was called Bulnes and Lavalle, on that street corner. This place seemed like a bit of a goldmine really. It was ladies night so the downstairs area was filled with all hot young girls drinking and dancing. Since we were with those girls we didn’t try anything. They eventually left and we tried to go to another club by the water. Called Terreza de Estes, we couldn’t find it though so we just went home.
•Thursday: We went to a well known place called Niceto. It is a huge production and is very fun, drag show, crazy stuff going on stage. Lots of people kissing on the dance floor, not sure if it escalated but probably. This place had more of a raver atmosphere. When you get there, it is a clusterfuck of people trying to get in without paying. Avoid this go to the right where the ticket booth is and just buy a ticket, it is pretty cheap and you can just walk in. Still don’t understand what those people were all waiting outside for. Approached several girls, but none were really into being hit on.
•Friday: We had to leave at 5am for our flight, so going in we knew logistics would be very hard for a ONS or any time of hookup given everyone parties until like 6am here anyway. Went out on Honduras street to meet up with the CS girl at this house party, another friend we made at another party he was at. We got there early, so we went into a random bar on Honduras street. My friend started talking to two average girls sitting at the bar, they didn’t speak much english but I had conversational spanish. They were also older (25 and 30, whereas most girls out are 22 or under). My goal that night was to hook up with the CS girl. But I was winging for my buddy and he convinced the girls to come with us out, against my desires. We took them to the first bar, Jacko’s off of Honduras street (note: there are two Jacko’s within a block of each other [who knows why], this one refers to the one NOT on Honduras street). Lots of hot young girls here, but we were with these two so-so girls. One of them would not leave me alone, but she was the antithesis of everything I wanted in an Argentenian girl. She was dark-skinned, avg face avg body. Were there for a bit then went into this house party on Honduras street as well. This place was crazy, tons and tons of young college aged kids and a shit show for trying to buy drinks, etc. People hooking up around the place. Met up with the CS girl for a bit but I quickly realized nothing was going to happen as her siblings were there and she was distracted every few minutes by friends and others. That damn girl would still not leave me alone and kept taking pictures with me like she had never had a gringo talk to her. I hated my buddy at that point. They eventually come back to our place and to give my buddy some privacy with his girl I take mine up to my room and end up having sex with her, although I would have perfectly been fine just going to bed. But had to occupy her so my buddy could get some action, which he did. So I guess I got my Argie flag although not in the way I wanted it.
Conclusion:
I really liked this city. Very livable place given how cheap it is. The girls are also very hot and the way I like them, super thin and whiter looking. I’m actually considering moving there for a while. The payoff it seems would be high if you can nab one of these girls as a girlfriend, although I’m not sure what they are like as I didn’t interact with too many of them. I don’t think it is too easy to get a bunch of bangs here though. More of a longterm thing.
Might as well quickly talk about Iguass here too - go it is awesome. Do both sides if you can, although I’d say the Brazilian side is nicer if you had to choose one. On the Argentenian side, do the tour that goes under the waterfalls but not the longer one, it is not worth it. The devil’s through on the Argentenian side is the best view.
Next report is Rio. What a great city, this is where you go if you want to hook up. Girls here are awesome, got my flag last night from a pretty attractive carioca following NYE on the beach at Copacabana and listening to David Guetta live. Possibly best sex of my life. Really don’t think I’ll ever top that for a NYE story.
