You can find lots of tall girls in Kharkiv. There are also lots of short girls. The range is large. Overall, I think it's slightly easier to find a tall girl in Kharkiv than Wroclaw. I generally find the quality in Ukraine is quite a lot higher than Poland, plus you have the advantage of god-status in Ukraine if you are handsome, rich, or both.

Poland has more natural blondes.

I've had a better track record in Kharkiv than Wroclaw, but that's probably just because I've spent a lot more time in Kharkiv. It's hard to give a fair comparison between the two cities, but I can tell you they feel very similar to me in terms of the vibe I get from girls in the 7 and 8 range. The vibe I get when going out in either city is very positive -- for me. A couple of my friends did better in Poland than Ukraine. For them, they said they got a better vibe in Poland. So I think the vibe you get depends on you -- your style, your look, what you say, etc. For example, a clean-cut, classy style might do better in Kharkiv. English is a problem in Kharkiv, but I found a few night clubs here where I can find enough girls willing to attempt English with me.

I was hoping to hear that Lviv somehow had the best of Poland and Ukraine. It sounds like it could be a good mix of the two, but not really the best of the two.

Generally if you blow the liquid as we say here Ukraine is by far better.If you are on budget Poland is better.Western Ukraine provides a middle solution in the sense that it fits travellers with normal means.
For example if you visit a club in Kiev every piece on you(clothe,shoes,watch etc) should cost more than 100 euro or even better 200 euro.This is not prerequisite in Poland.Ukrainian girls expect also more in the form of expenses than polish girls do.
The central idea is that in polish society there were(and are) many men with average means and the goal of the girl is to get a small amount of everyone which he can afford.In Ukrainian society there is a small minority of extra wealthy men and the rest swim in poverty.The girls are only interested in the first ones so one guy can build harems with lots of girls it is considered normal in Ukraine.
So the polish girl expects a small amount aka Kleingeld while the Ukrainian girl expects a more generous offer.All this is relative of course.(small in Poland can mean normal in Ukraine).

Um , its better to overdress in ukraine , so wearing a sport coat ,suit is best, even the cheapest suit is over 100 dollars, but to be honest i wear cheap payless 30 dollars shoes .Comfort is more important and keeping it clean and polish will make it look better than 90% of shoes any ukrainian guys wear.Also the rounded toe that is common i n AMERICA will either let the mknow you are a foreigner or that you traveled. Ukrainians love exclusivity more than anything else. Even the ones i nthe expensive shops are known to be fake. The rea l rich buy thier stuff in western europe or usa. Yes it's extremely important to look the part in Ukraine, dress so there's absolutely no doubt you are a foreigner. I have seen many guys from overseas come here with shocking attire(especially Americans).

The ultimate truth is, whether we are talking about Russia, Poland, Belarus or Ukraine that a rich local guys are out of range for any foreign competition. Especially when it comes to capital cities, you can easily say that Moscow is not Russia, Kiev is not Ukraine and Minsk is not Belarus in terms of prestige and money. With Ferraris, Lambos, and other luxury cars parked in front of top restaurants/clubs/hotels. When it comes to Warsaw the line is more blurred. A breathtaking EE girl knows that she can have a guy who is able to satisfy her all desires for the rest of her life, that's why for some of you they are materialists, and I agree : your clothes, wrist watch, phone are fundamental, but even if you have them you will always be the 2nd option.

Russians show even more off than Ukrainians.I refered to the difference between Ukrainians who like to wear brand clothes when they get some money and the Poles who prefer not to spend on clothes.The Russians behave even more showing off than Ukrainians they can spend all their monthly salary on a night for a girl.Dostoyevski describes this tendency as well it is deeply ingrained in Russian soul they are unlimited.

Yes,a Russian will do better than the Pole in Ukraine but a Westerner with the same means as the Pole will do worse than the Pole.I saw the power of Russian guys in Belarus,Ukraine.When you see a very hot Ukrainian girl with a slavic looking 50-60 years old fat,bald guy entering an expensive car in Lvov the car has Russian numbers.

Russians are doing great in Belarus where they are considered as a blood brothers, when it comes to Ukraine it's not that simple, especially the western Ukraine is anti-russian. Now things escalated because Yanukovych wants to make russian language equal to ukrainian

I don't drink heavily or smoke. Many educated Poles prefer wine and beer to vodka these days.

I think the biggest difficulty I faced is going out solo. This is a huge DLV here.
Even when gaming with my Nigerian friend I did much better, despite many here disliking blacks.

Gaming solo here is tough... the solo male is treated badly. (creepy loner sex tourist vibe). But if with a friend, results here skyrocket. Instant social proof and it shows your'e a normal person. (having a stroll through town with a friend is normal, strolling alone is not. Also, many girls walk in pairs and like to do things like double dates).

Now you are not in Lvov.You are in Simpheropol.The Nigerian was in Belarus.Every city is different.Generally in FSU you are in your own.I do not think it is DHV to be with Ukrainians or foreigners.Maybe it is a bit DHV to be with Russians in Belarus.
