Has anyone else done a purpose trip for this?
For context I was a 26, white 5'9'' with average (thin) looks.
Australia offers a "working holiday visa" for travelers 18 to 30 that allows them to work in Australia for a year and has the stipulation if you work a remote job for 88 days you get a second year added.
It is extremely popular with early 20's pommys and late 20's germans who want to "find themselves" and the number of female backpackers doing it seems to vastly outnumber men.
I arrived with quite a bit of cash (30k), bought a big 4wd wagon that I converted into a camper and drove around the country. Backpackers are broke, and will do anything for a free ride and since it was a camper the hardest part (getting them in bed with you) is already accomplished. Started in Brisbane and looped all the way around over six months.
Typical setup was to post on the "Australia Backpackers" facebook group or couchsurfing offering a ride to my next destination, usually involved a couple overnights on the way. I'd post some photos of myself and my camper doing interesting things. The other choice was to go to hostels for a shower and meet people there.
I would usually get about 10-15 people messaging me asking to go on a trip (usually driving between big cities, or on a specific adventure somewhere). I'd go through these people screening out the men and then picking the girls with the best odds of a lay or looks. Often girls wouldn't want to travel with a guy by themselves (or were travelling in pairs) so I would find either groups of two or two individual girls and invite them along. Often they'd pitch in for gas, buy food and even cook for me!
The thing with backpackers is they are "letting loose" and "finding themselves" so simply sharing a bottle of wine then cuddling in the camper was enough to get a lay.
Having more than one girl wasn't an issue and usually worked to my advantage. Got multiple notches with a girl while the other was sleeping beside us in the same bed.
The best scenario I had is a group of three German girls wanted to come along - I told them I didn't have room in the camper for 4 people so they bought a 2 person tent and two of them slept outside each night and one shared the camper with me. The hilarious thing is they swapped each night and I kid you not, I banged each one.
The short of it, I got free gas, meals cooked for me, free bangs, and saw some of the coolest nature on earth just by having a half decent camper. Highly recommend. For the record I didn't score with a single Aussie on the trip but got some 10 different flags from Europe.
