Weighed 181 this morning. Clothes are getting a bit more snug.

Weighed 179 this morning. Seem to be having a hard time keeping the weight on.

Have had some garbage workouts lately that I haven't posted. Today felt good.

Bumping my journal back from the dead. Work has been going good but it's been taking away from training. Getting back to it the last couple of weeks.
Today-
Squats(high bar, below parallel)-

Some ab stuff. Couple sets.
Moving back into legs easily. Nothing worse than deep hamstring and quad soreness.
