Fresh breath tip: hydrogen peroxide
Guys, try drinking green tea after every meal. Swill it around a bit. Google "green tea bad breath"
It kills the bacteria and unlike chemical mouthwashes it's very healthy and actually decreases your risk of cancer instead of increasing it.

Just got a bottle of the stuff at Safeway, already safe for oral use, says it right on the bottle. Tried it once, foamed up like crazy, but left a neutral flavor in my mouth, wasn't unpleasant at all, going to try it before bed and see what its like in the morning
Don't seem to be able to buy it in the pharmacies here just online, Amazon being the place where I've found it. However some of the reviews have been negative as it apparently contains an ingriedent that has been banned in the US due to being linked with kidney failure. Doesn't inspire me with confidence to buy it tbh.
Can't seem to find the thread where it was discussed but have any of you used hydrogen peroxide to whiten your teeth? How was it?
Thanks.
Thanks.

A ridiculously inexpensive liife hack. Thank you Roosh.
I would caution guys to make sure you dilute down the hydrogen peroxide to 1.5% or less as roosh recommends in the first post. Higher strength, including 3% straight out of the bottle, is not good for you (even though it says safe for oral use on the bottle). It will kill not only the bad breath bacteria, but also the "good" cells in your body.
hydrogen peroxide is also good for cuts or wounds that look like they might get infected.
I am not sure about teeth whitening, (assuming it would be higher percentage) I would recommend doing your research, looking into other methods of teeth whitening, and if you do decide to use it only use very sparingly.
That said, baking soda and (diluted) hydrogen peroxide are definitely the ticket. I can't even go back to regular toothpastes (some of the natural ones seem ok) after using baking soda / hydrogen peroxide for my oral hygiene needs for years.. most toothpastes seem too "sweet" and once you read the ingredients, they actually have a bunch of sugars or "sugar alcohols" in them which just seems wrong.

Doesn't hydrogen peroxide ruin your toothe enemal? Or am I thinking of another chemical?
Have a bottle around so tried this today. Leaves your mouth feeling quite dry.
Just tried this out, and damn it works great!
So much better than listerine.
+1 from me.

I've been using h202 for years for gargle. I also use it to soften and remove ear wax.
