Study after study has come to the conclusion that a diet high in meat causes a number of health complications, including, but not limited to cancer. Of course the idiots over on that forum say that all the studies are faulty and it's all because of carbs and omega 6. It's never the meat. Yeah, ok.

Docter, how do you compensate for the carbs in the beginning? I have over 180 lbs lean mass and I eat like a beast. I am learning to cook better things and my go to veggies are spinach, broc and carrots. It seems pretty difficult to cut all the grains.. beans/legumes and sugar seems way easier to me than say.. oatmeal / brown rice.
