The place where the shooter and shootee both lived is a leafy suburb of the county seat, West Chester. There is a state university in West Chester, so the power of Team Blue is strong there. I recall driving by the Republican party HQ, also located in West Chester, in 2008 and seeing the windows boarded up over busted glass.
I think the shooter went over the deep end with all the Trump hatred pouring out of the town next to him. I've seen similar types in shopping malls who babble on and on about the Republicans. You give them a wide berth and try to avoid any conversation.
Now if you want the REAL nut-jobs, you have to go down to Philly and hangout around Pennsylvania University, but that's a story for another day.

Last night there was a "No Hate Here" rally in a town not ten miles from where this happened. It was held on account of what happened in North Carolina. NOT ONE demonstrator even mentioned the West Goshen shooting.
As a matter of fact, I can count ON ONE HAND the number of people on my twitter account who mentioned the Republican murder, whereas today it's blown-up with "Kill the Nazi scum!" postings.
I guess camera coverage matters in this current age.
