- Addictive substances (including alcohol and caffeine)

Now of course, benzodiazepines fall in between the first two categories.
As for the addictive substances used for recreation, they disturb neurotransmission for good.
So does cyberporn, as cited by sex addiction studies.
Thus one would have to nullify everything except pharmaceuticals?
To me, it doesn't seem plausible for the great majority of people to use pharmaceuticals in the long term.
Biomedicine produces chronic patients for certain reasons, but if one also controls for nutrition, sleep and affection through a context of reality therapy, then why being in a chronically ill health?
