I was there for hollidays.
Specifically for non white people: be careful!
Had several occurences of racism towards me.
- Guys insulting me in russian because I accidentally stepped on a broken bottle on the street.
- Guys coming at me to try to start a fight because I dropped a cigarette on the floor in the street.
- People being rude for no season, or at best indifferent like a couple of people whose grocery bags they dropped accidently in the supermarket. I pick it and give them back with a smile, not even a look towards me, or even a Thanks. Happened thrice.
-Russian guys looking at me silly, with angry gestures in a bar where I had a date with a russian girl.
-Being face controlled in the club, with a bouncer asking for my ID and pretending that a friend of me at the entrance asked for me.
If the girl has a fetish for black guys (or other ethnicities), for sure go ahead. (Met several, but could not go past handjob/fingering). Otherwise I do NOT recommend it for my coloured brethren.
Tallinn was very good though, better nightlife also, even hung out no problem in a bar usually frequented by skinheads (and fucked there a Finish girl in the bathroom) with no problem.

In Eastern Europe, and I've been to almost all the countries by now, if you can't speak the local language then you're just stuck to 5% of women or less!
If I was able to speak fluent Russian or Chinese then I would be a sex machine if I lived in one of those countries.
Latvia / Estonia seem like places where natural 7/10s are in big numbers but it kind of seems like a fantasy land unless you have a Schengen Citizenship and are willing to live there (and it might still be rough because of Italian / British sex tourists who are competing for the Westernophile women).

They're likely stereotyped as being rich. It's no different than being American in East Asia. Even if you don't pay the women money they probably have some fantasy in seducing some rich Arab and marrying him and then living like a Queen (so that helps those guys' game a lot).
That's compared to being a westerner in Eastern Europe (such as myself in Georgia) where we aren't associated with having money (unless it's a prostitute bugging me) and people bring up stereotypes of the middle age wife hunters. Hello chaps, was in Riga in the 1st/2nd week in January 2019 and here is a summary....
After spending a weekend in Tallinn, I took the LUX bus from Tallinn to Riga Monday afternoon for around 20 euro. Trip is about 4 hours+ and takes you through some untouched wilderness in Estonia and Latvia. Birch trees for miles and snow to boot. Beautiful as I like to camp and always have been fond of wooden areas. Latvia oddly enough has always been on my bucket list since i was 7 or 8 (33 now) because I played a lot of hockey growing up and for such a tiny country, Latvia always had one hell of a team (consistently top 10 in world) with some of the most passionate fans in the sport. Arrived Monday evening and stayed at a great spa hotel called Wellton Centrum in the old town. Cost me about 55 bux a night and had a full spa with mint infused steam room (what a treat that was) and traditional sauna along with pool and hot tub. I play soccer competitively in a men's league in the US and we have winters off, so I like to recharge the batteries and relax a bit before we resume come March.
As you would imagine, midweek in the thick of winter is pretty dead in Riga. However, there is still stuff to do. Monday night I went to some karaoke spot, something Fox?? Seems to always be open and open late. Decent crowd for day of week and time of year. Mostly lots of sausage. Few women. But, nothing else going on so what the fuck right? Seemed to be Latvians, Russians, and some other random Euros. 3 retarded Aussies I'm guessing on a stag-do with their stage name for karaoke: Aussie Lads on Tour. Shoot me now. Had a few cheap beers (3 euros) and sung a few songs. Even a duet with a fat Norwegian lady who was a very nice lass and we had a nice chat. (No, I didn't stick my benis in her). Called it a night around 4am.
Next day went to main mall in old town. Forget the name. Anyways, not as much talent as Viru Keskus mall in Tallinn but still solid. Didn't bother chatting up anyone as my stay was only 3 days, so I relegated myself to SNL if it was to be. Latvian women are usually tall and blonde, also read something about them being tallest women on average in the world. No curves on these girls unless they hit the gym, but nice facial features. As with most of northern europe, people are more reserved and to themselves and Latvia is no exception. Couple that with freezing temps, and people look miserable. However, if you are new to these latitudes, don't let it put you off as you are just dealing with a different beast. Tuesday night I went to a Latin themed club called Cuba cafe as they were having salsa night. (one who i made eye contact with). after a short introduction we sing then get a beer. chinese boy is now 5th wheel and its getting akward. i suggest we all fuck off and went to that fox karaoke bar. chinese boy is following us 4 now. beyond creepy. we are all laughing. i wanna turn around and tell him to fuck off but a small part of me wants to see if this can get stranger, as i never felt threatened by him physically or for a cock block. get inside the place and my girl says she has to leave with her friend and friends husband. knowing its now or never...i go for the kiss and its a hot n heavy 5 minute makeout. during that time her friend and the hubby had left and now my girl cant get in touch as the friend isnt answering phone. chinaman is outside smoking still not having fucked off. we leave arm and arm to my hotel with is about 100 ft down the street. chinaman is behind us still persisting saying we should all go drink. me and the girl are dying at this point, ive never seen something this bad in my life. get to hotel door and he tries to get a foot in..i turn around and shove him out, and say good night as the door slams in his face...girl at front desk is startled as to what to what just happened. take the chickie upstairs and well...yall know what happened next. yep she rode me good n hard and i busted a great nut. she collapses on me and we fall asleep.

It's Friday in Riga and stags still seem be a problem here. Morons from the UK in groups of 10 or 20 roaming the streets shouting and getting wasted. I doubt anyone's getting laid though with such retarded attitude.
What a pity for such a great city like Riga to suffer from this plague.

I wanted to visit a new country despite the negative Riga reports, been to Vilnius my ex was from there, but it wasn't a gaming trip.
The problem with Riga is that half is Latvians and half Russians, so you have two different communities in an already small capital (632.000)
There is obviously a provincial mentality and you MUST live here to get results. A lot of eye candy in the streets though.
I think every second tier Polish city would be better than Riga.
Don't bang Latvia confirmed, but the city is beautiful if you wanna bring your girlfriend for a weekend. A bit pricey though. Supermarket prices similar or even more expensive than the UK.

I'm leaving Riga and here is a short report for anyone interested in visiting. As mentioned Riga has some of the most beautiful women you will ever see visiting a Baltic capital of just 632.000. You literally see pretty women all the time, stunner after stunner. The bad thing is that there seems to be no interest in foreigners, no eye contact, no feminine energy in the atmosphere. It's like seeing model clones walking around with their friends and that's it.
I managed to get my flag though.
I matched with a local on Tinder on Saturday, but I was a bit tired from being out all day and returned to my airbnb early. She insisted on me going to a club to meet her, but I was so tired that I could not make any effort. She even said that it would be my lucky night and she would not meet me another day, but I did not go. It turned out I was right.
Two days later I texted her and we had the same Sunday plan: Jurmala. A date on the beach that quickly got out of control with heavy make outs on the beach and a handjob in front of beachgoers. We ended up in my airbnb and banged like there is no tomorrow.
I would recommend Riga to anyone who is willing to spend a month here. If you are into heavy drinking and clubbing, you will probably do well, this is how these people interact here, a bit like Scandinavian model. I'm not into this kind of gaming in my 40s, but you can try it. Daygame does not seem to work, but you can try it, especially if you are in your 20s. Most targets are quite young. The quality is here and in abundance, but it takes time and you must make an effort. Definitely check Jurmala, I checked it briefly, because my hands were full, but the beach was full of stunners.

I would recommend Riga to anyone who is willing to spend a month here at least. As I said, you see a lot of young targets walking around. It depends on your age probably. For me it was a scouting trip just to check the waters. However, the winter must be miserable here. It's still chilly, end of May. If I return, that will be for a month. There is potential and quality, but you need time. It's a busy capital, where girls work hard and can meet on weekends.
