Me and a friend saw a UFO when I about 12. Never seen any ghosts though.
My mom and her 9 brothers and sisters at one point in their youth lived in a haunted house that they had to flee from. They told me shit that would make your hair stand on end. I know not everyone believes this stuff but I know my mother would have no reason to lie to me about this.

Halloween 2k12 is coming up. Is anyone going to check out cemeteries, old haunted places or anything else where spirits might reside
I've always heard about astronauts seeing shit up in space. Check out Buzz Aldrin talking about it.

I thought I had a paranormal event happen to me once but it was just some messed up lucid dreams. I don't know if they're real or not but I'd sure like to do like the guys on Supernatural and fight demons and shit.
The show is marketed to teenage girls I think, but there's some game recognizance on the show.

"The Paranormal" is a spectrum of things, not one thing.
Different claims have different levels of believability.
At the bottom of the spectrum, you have ghosts, fairies and UFO abductions, which have only ever been reported by complete morons.
Around the middle, you have UFO sky sightings, which have some evidence for them, plus some reports having been made by non-rednecks.
Near the top, you have stuff like ball lightning, "aliens out there somewhere in the universe," and Will O' The Wisp, which are well documented and agreed on by almost everyone.

I watched a couple of episodes of that Ancient Aliens bullshit and it made me physically angry. I hate pseudoscience. They have this really weaselly way of posing things as if they're asking a legitimate question, but suggesting what the answer is. And their answers are always supreme bullshit.
For me, extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof; otherwise there's always a simpler more common sense explanation.

Yeah, Occam's razor. Looks like they forgot about that one.

I had an experience in Southern MI back around 1994-1996 (can't remember exact year). Turned the bend in a road and saw what I'd approximate to be a 2/3 football field sized pinkish-amber glowing elliptically-shaped object hovering over a 12-acre plot of woods about 800 ft. off the road.
I stopped the car (my buddy was riding shot-gun), we both stared at it through the windshield for about 60 seconds. We hashed out a plan to drive closer to it by back tracking-the way we came to get a better vantage point from a nearby road to it we had just been down. In doing so, I had to turn around 180 and drive away from it first. I was watching it closely, and within the split second (probably less than half a second) I stopped looking at it out the rear car window to look into the rear view mirror, it vanished.
The next night, I walked into my parents bedroom while they were watching World News, and there were 3 similar sightings starting in the Upper Peninsula, near Traverse City, and just south of Detroit making a straight line down the map. Had I reported mine, it too would have been at the bottom of the line of sightings. Needless to say, I was shocked.
Had another 2 incidences that are not as profound re. UFOs / Aliens. But have a good handful of ghostly, and some demon-like experiences.
I believe my Ex & or her family have a demon infestation. No joke. We have a daughter together and I had lived in a house her grandparents bought for her. Before we split, I believe it opened the basement door that our daughter fell down steps of (carpeted, whew). We had a child knob lock on it and the door closed solidly.
We heard many noised in the attic like footsteps, etc. occur right above our heads downstairs while i lived there.
18 months later I moved out and my Ex moved in a friend (girl) who had a 95 lb. English Bulldog. The same stairway shaft had the stairs going upstairs like many 2-story homes are laid out. The 3-yr-old dog died in the upstairs 1 month after I had left. I postulate that the demon found the stairs an easy portal/energy zone to attack sentient beings from.
The picture below is from the fireplace in the den that bears what I believe to be an actual picture of the demon himself.

The thing with UFOs is a UFO is exactly what it says it is. A Unidentified Flying Object.
UFO's have absolutely nothing to do with aliens, yet everyone thinks it does.
Also, alien type movies have fabricated people's minds in a prejudice way. Aliens are any form of life born outside of earth (as far as I know), so this could be bacteria or anything mundane.
The idea that aliens (if they even exist) are super intelligent and ride spaceships that are as fast as the speed of light is complete fantasy. The things that people see in the sky could be anything...after all the universe is so big the possibilities are endless. Like I already mentioned people like to fantasize, rather than concern themselves with reality.
The fact that around 60% of the earth is unexplored, yet there are scientist who want to spend thousands/millions to explore Mars is testament to that.
As for other paranormal phenomena, most of it is internal rather than external. A ghost to one person is the wind or a puff of smoke to another.
I do believe in Demons though (personal experience), however they are are not physical and interact internally.

Ancient Aliens was entertaining as a synopsis of a lot of the alien theories out there, it's like sci-fi based on various pieces of real world history, artifacts, and speculation. But the narration format was way over the top and obnoxious:
"But! Did ______ really ______? Or perhaps _______ has other, perhaps, otherworldly, origins?
And if _______ really did _______, what does this mean about ______, and indeed, ______?
And if that's the case, could _______ really prove the existence of extraterrestrials?
Stay tuned after the break, where we will pose another 10 level deep series of hypothetical questions we won't get around to answering!"

I used to be really into this shit as a kid. I swear I saw a ghost after a funeral once. I know some people who've seen other spirits and had poultergeist stuff happen that has also happened to other people in the same spot. Creepiest one was over webcam back in the day. This girl was doing Ouija boards with her friend and I was watching. The lights started flickering, dog freaked out camera went fuzzy then cut out. She later said she knew there was a ghost in her basement and none of her pets would ever go down there.

...This sounds a bit odd. You say you believe in demons because of personal experience. Fair enough. Yet by the same token you also appear to dismiss the millions of people who have had their own personal experiences of UFO's. I would argue that their experiences are just as valid as yours.
Let me just say. I believe in demons, but not the way you might think I do. I'm not talking about "The Exorcism" style demons here...but enough about that.
As for peoples alien experiences...maybe to you, but I don't believe everything I hear. A strange light in the sky can mean an alien spaceship the one person or a space satillte to another...that's the whole nature of UFOs they are UNIDENTIFIED i.e. no one knows what it is. Most people do not encounter aliens face-to-face, it's just the fact that they have seen strange lights in the sky and automatically think it's a spaceship. If alien spaceships are up in the sky how would anyone know what they look like?
As for testaments from military personnel, whatever. I never said aliens don't exist, I said the idea that aliens are these super species that travel the speed of light are ideas conveyed by Hollywood and human curiosity. Who can say otherwise?
It's a fact that UFO sightingss have gone up since aliens have become popular culture, what used to be seen as gods by our ancestors are now considered "grey heads" by today's standard...what are these things? Who knows? But until then NO ONE should be saying these things are aliens.
It's also interesting that you gave me a link to a testimony from someone who is military personnel. This is like rhetoric, because it feeds into the idea that the military is part of a cover up, again this is implanted by popular culture. Why would the military or government know better than anyone else? Unless, aliens are these scary monster looking creatures that want to invade earth (again, movies etc). I've seen many of these program's as many here too.

The Day After Roswell by Colonel Philip Corso was a decent read.
