Russia is more expensive and hard to get a visa, Ukraine is super easy to get a visa and one of the cheapest places in the world. Of course there is going to be way more Ukraine girls getting pounded by turks than in Russia as well as hoards of forum guys.
The good thing about somewhere like Krasnodar it has similar prices to Kiev, although the rent prices are actually cheaper in Krasnodar, the Airbnb rates I saw were very reasonable. In Kiev, if you want to rent a nice apartment from Airbnb that local girls will think is cool then you're looking at $700-800 for something central
