Caffeine to Be More Proactive

I read about a study few weeks back that you're not supposed to drink coffee for the first two hours after you wake up because your body produces natural chemicals to help you "wake up and get going" and sucking down caffeine right away after waking causes those to stop. Sort of how taking too much melatonin to force you to sleep will backfire when your body stops making it.

Caffeine tabs get a bad rap because they are "pills". For people who don't like coffee it is just a more economical and efficient way to get caffeine. Don't let people fool you, 90% of folks line up for coffee simply for the caffeine, you taking tabs just achieves the same end goal as everybody else in seeking energy. Plus bow many peolede drink tbjer coffee black? Coffee is only fill of antioxidants when brewed a proper way, and drank black. The junko drip from Duncan Donuts with its rotten beans isn't the same.

I've been taking caffeine tabs for 5 years now in varying degrees of dosages. I used to be bad with them in taking around 8-10 a day as I used to work night shifts and had classes for half the morning right after so k had to stay awake.

These days I dail it down. I will take one in the morning on days I need to be very productive and just coast until around 2-4pm where I take another one to coast me through the day. So typically I take no more than 3 a day and 4 is my max. This is from a guy who does not sleep well though so if you have normal levels of energy then 2 a day would be more than enough.

The dosages can vary from 50mg-300mg with 200-250mg being standard. A cup of coffee has around 150mg so that gives you some idea of how the dosages align up.

Start with 100mg tabs and test your tolerance with making sure you cut off at 6-7pm so you fall asleep at a normal time.

It really all depends on your personal tolerance. You won't die from taking to much but you just be smart about it. I just say it's best to scale it to energy drinks. A tall can of red bull is 500mg of caffeine which is two tabs of the pills. If you can crush two tall cans of red bull and not get jitters and those shady caffeine shakes then you know your tolerance is very high.
