^That strikes me as 50-75 dollars. Depends on the store.

Maine and Canadian lobsters are the same animal. Prove me wrong.

How much have you spent eating out every day?

You'll probably find it was ultimately more expensive.

High carb, high fat. Fat wrecks havoc on insulin sensitivity and you need insulin to process carbs. It's a double whammy.

At least throw in a daily salad, will ya?

Your grocery cart should look like this:

Just out of curiosity, how much do you pay for that in the US?

This picture isn't mine, it's a google result from "paleo shopping cart" or something like that.

Though it is similar to how I shop, probably around $75 in NYC.

Get exercising now.

To paraphrase IdoPortal: the body becomes good at what it does the most; if you do nothing, it becomes good at doing nothing.

Start with some calisthenics and body weight exercises. Watch the Elliot Hulse videos, he recommends body weight exercises, and speaks very highly of Ido Portal.

All the data, advice and support you need can be found in this forum. As an RVF member you owe it to yourself to be better than average. What are you waiting for?

When you are exercising regularly, your body will demand good food, and things will improve. People will start saying you look good, women too.
