Actually...
I can't have sex with your personality, and I can't put my penis in your college degree, and I can't shove my fist in your childhood dreams, so why are you sharing all this information with me?
The way I have done it is to use localbitcoins.com to sell the bitcoins in whatever country. You will need a bank account they can deposit to unless you want to meet and exchange cash. You will end up selling for below market rate so there are probably better ways now - I was doing it a few years ago.
Well if you send them to the Bitcoin address they provide you then it's thier problem to turn them into cash.
Believe me they will figure it out fast if the want the money.
I would advise them to buy LTC with the BTC then maybe some altcoins to double the money.

Depends where you are. It was very difficult to buy Bitcoin for me. Be prepared to be treated like a terrorist.
PM me for accommodation options in Bangkok.
Something weird is going on with being able to post. Checking what is going on....
