It gives a bar-chart type representation of cost of flights pre/post the date chosen, so if you are flexible with dates, you can pick the best one based on requirements (fastest, cheapest).

As I wrote several times, I only save a lot of hours of searches
for everyone who is travelling in US, in Europe
or between US and Europe, and finding them the lowest
prices in the world, available directly from about 20 different
major airlines, usually prices between $ 10 and $ 150
per flight, all airport taxes included and also one or two
hand cabin luggages included of maximum 20 or 30 kgs.

I guarantee that I find the lowest prices in the world,
in few minutes, and not after few hours or days of searching.

I am working in the travel industry since my first year of University
studies, so I have a large experience in this.

The airline that ASimpNamedBrokeBack mentioned is one
of the airlines with average/medium prices, and absolutely by far
not the lowest prices.

There are about 20 airlines that have prices between $ 10
and $ 150 per flight inside US, inside Europe, and between
US and Europe.

I received over 90 requests this week.

Everyone can reserve their flights directly on the websites
of these about 20 large airlines companies.

I never ask for anything: not name, not credit card info,
absolutely nothing.

Those who want the lowest prices in the world for any destination
in Europe and US, they wrote me.

Those who enjoy drama, hate, insults, trolling, they can all

I had an LTR with a travel agent and know first hand the deals she saw on a daily basis. Try to ignore the trolling if possible, one upmanship is not a character trait that furthers the cause of this forum and you are kind to give back with your efforts. There would not be so many travel portals out there if there was not a profit center available to them to make money off of us. Who is paying for all those TV ads?

Unless you work in the industry, or understand the business model, it is hard to get that point across. It's the title of your thread that seems to be misleading people. Add in screencapping the airlines sites themselves and not being totally transparent with your info, I can see the animosity. I clicked this expecting to find some magical fairy airfares, too. I just booked LAX -> Buda a few weeks ago and paid about $900. Maybe you should re-title the thread "I'll help you find the cheapest fares from the US -> Europe" instead. From what it sounds like you're just using your travel agency software to simultaneously query multiple travel sites and avoid the pains of having to visit every individual airline, right?

This is how I know you're lying. The prices that you screen capped once converted to the dollar are the same prices that are shown on skyscanner and kayak. Everyone in the world sees those fares anytime they search a route that Norwegian flies. Its not secret, they are not going to dissapear. FWIW, Norwegian doesn't allow 20-30 kg hand luggage - I don't think any airline allows this unless you're flying Emirates First Class or something. It's a strictly-enforced 10kg. This airline does fly new 787's, but expect a Spirit-like experience in terms of being forced to pay for just about everything additional. WOW has much higher fees, albeit not as robust of a connecting network.

aSimpNamedBrokeback was simply pointing out that you've posted screenshots of WOW Air and Norwegian fares. I don't see why you're so worried about being open with these fares since they're publicly advertised and discussed already on travel forums across the world. The fares aren't mistakes and won't disappear if we discuss them openly.

Yes, we probably could have found this ourselves, but he saved us a bunch of time and is genuinely trying to be helpful.

This feels like a simple case of, if you don't think this help/advice is for you, why not move on to one of the other hundred threads on the forum???

maybe magicone needs to stop trying to help. I mean this genuinely. He gave me some info offline and it was helpful. He is a good guy, trying to help.

However, I am afraid if this thing keeps getting derailed. A nice guy like magicone may 1) stop trying to help 2) stop participating in the forum altogether or 3) worse yet, somehow it escalates with this back and forth and he gets banned because he is trying to defend himself. Which would be tragic in a way because all he was trying to do was help.

magicone you are a true sport for trying to help others. Even if the info is publically available, you took the time to help someone else. I hope that point is not missed by people on the forum.

I also understand it is hard to ignore stuff when your character is being attacked. So maybe it might be wise to take a break from all this.

Haters gonna hate and sadly it takes value away from others. And it would be terrible if this experience were to cause you or anyone to not want to help others.

with anyone else who wants, to find the lowest price available for flights to any city in Europe,
in any month of 2015,
and the one of us who finds the lowest available price, will be rewarded
with the difference between the lowest price, and the highest price
found by another competitor.

I think the issue is transparency. Magicone is asking for others to PM him instead of publicly disclosing the information. To me, it's like someone posting a thread with a title like 'The best place to get laid in Rio' and then asking for us to PM for more info.

Just to clarify for others, Norwegian flies to Europe from NYC, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, LAX and Oakland. They fly to a whole bunch of cities, usually connecting in Oslo. As Magicone has showed us, they have a handy month-long low fare finder on their website.

WOW Air flies from Boston and BWI to Europe through Iceland.

Some things I want to mention for others that haven't been mentioned:

-Norwegian charges $54 for the first checked bag, up to 20kg. The second checked bag is $67. (From the USA, one-way) This is a minimum of $108 extra if you plan on using more than the free 10kg allowance.
-Seat reservation is $42 per flight from the USA on Norwegian. I wouldn't want to fly in a middle seat, so that'd cost me $84 extra.
-Here's the Norwegian on-board food menu. Nothing is included for free. A can of soda is $4.50.

They will charge you $38 if your carry-on is more than 5kg. Crazy.

It could just be that PM and emails is easier to manage than a super long thread with requests. It could be as simple as that.

He hasn't asked for any confidential information. If he has then I would be concerned.

Maybe he is just peculiar about how he wants to do it.

I just think the heat he is getting is a bit much.

He is trying to help people and all he asks for it is done in the form of a PM. Is that so unreasonable? Has he become some sort of servant to us and has no rights? If he handled all the requests on this thread instead of PMs, would the people who are hating on him be giving him props instead? I am just curious what was it that pushed it over the top from a good thing to a bad thing that he was doing.

Edit: For me the baggage fees are a bit rough for my longer planned trip so I probably won't be taking his recommendations that he gave me. Also, I have status on an airline, so I am willing to pay a bit more. But he took the time to look for me!!! That is pretty cool.

Edit: Maybe he just wanted to help those who are registered on RVF rather than the lurkers who take but never give. He has his reasons I imagine. Someone could always ask why this process vs. that process.
