I think in that case it should be what makes you happy. Skinny isn't in my genetics, so to counteract that I'd have to do a lot of slimming exercises, like running and keep my weights low, but that doens't make me happy. Lifting heavy shit does. If that means I tote around a few extra pounds of fat so be it. I enjoy being the biggest motherfucker in the room. That enjoyment of myself is expressed outwardly in my body language and chicks dig that.

How long have you been training?

Unless you have superior genetics, it takes 5-10 years to build a nice body.

Arnold was 27 in Pumping Iron, and had been training since his early teens.

Whatever YOUR best body is, you won't know until after a decade of committed time under the iron.

i dunno man. i'm 100% satisfied with the frequency, quality and variety of ass i pull.

Hey guys...been gone a while. Not sure if I commented on this or not but here goes.

Depends on the girl essentially. While I dont think any girl actually is attracted to a fat unathletic slob (a small minority maybe) but a strong guy with maybe a little fat is preferable to a lard ass and esp to a skinny wimp. As some other guys have said, girls don't want a man more thin or as weak as them.

I know from my own experience, I was super thin back in my wrestling days. I mean super low body fat and ripped. Problem was unless I was at the beach, girls couldn't tell. In a shirt I just looked skinny. Few years later, I was just lifting drinking eating whatever and my face didnt look as thin, my shoulders got more thick, wide back and naturally a little more body fat. I got a lot more attention from women with the added lbs. In my case not just because I think I looked better, but I also felt better. Working out hard and cutting weight tended to make me grumpy and just not as active feeling with the women. Feeling more energetic and stronger gave me more drive and confidence to talk with girls , which as everyone here should know by now far outweighs just looking good and not talking to girls.

A decent looking man comfortable with himself will always do better in game than a great looking man, who is perceived as too vein or overly concerned with his body or abs.

They did a study a few years back using a computer program and an average male body asking people to "make" what you think women find most attractive. Men put an average of 30lbs. of muscle, women only put 5-10 (don't remember the exact number, but it was waaaaay lower than the men).

In the end you gotta go with what makes you most confident. FWIW I'm 6', I get the most pussy when I'm around 165 and I feel most confident around 185.

Intresting bit about club lizards and yuppie(?) lizards. I wonder if it's biological based on class (i.e. a lower class girl instinctively looks for a body type that looks more adept at potection).
