Imagine #IfWomenRuledTheWorld
by UNITEBLUE on MARCH 8, 2015
International Women’s Day celebrates the economic, political and social achievements of women — past, present and future. Tonight, we want to hear your ideas of what it would be like #IfWomenRuledTheWorld.

If women ruled the world, might and power would not be equated with brute physical strength and such abusive control. Domestic violence and rape would begin to vanish, because there would be no rigid role models to which to adhere.

We would not have to worry about our reproductive rights. We would make sure that family planning was a part of public education, including the right to a safe abortion if so decided by a woman and her doctor.

Major world religions would be shaped differently. No longer would the largest religions of the world (such as Christianity, Islam and Judaism) be based on patriarchal principles going all the way back to Abraham in a tent with many wives. Instead, matriarchal societies would have formed and permeated global culture, where perhaps the first Pope was a woman.

Our matriarchal societies, historically speaking, had a point of view that life proceeds in cycles and Mother Nature was deeply respected. Since the burning of fossil fuels threatens the earth’s atmosphere and could eventually annihilate all of its inhabitants, including the human race, our matriarchal leaders would have immediately turned to solar and wind technology, regardless of the cost.

Women focus on the future with its new possibilities. We are optimistic. The individuals in our society would be free to act when the time is right. The result would be new creative decisions arising from inner freedom.

In solidarity,

Laurel Davila, Linda Hill, and Kathy Smith

That little article alone is gold when assessing of what a world like that would look like.

Thus I am kicking off the #IfWomenRuledTheWorld thread with a bunch of fast memes. Now let us imagine what the world would really look like if women really ruled the world.

Feminists are making trolling really easy for us sometimes.

It's pretty telling that this whole article advocating for that idea is basically a circular argument. "If women ruled the world, then women would be in positions of power!". No fucking shit! And no original thought was ever expressed. Oh right I forgot, usage of wind and solar power even though they're not cost effective. I guess they'd be used for decorative purposes then

So, wasn't it men that first harnessed wind and solar power through inventing the turbine, battery, etc.?

Feminists again having it both ways:

Men have invented and built everything because they're in positions of power, not because they're better.

Men are responsible for wars and corruption because they are worse, not because they're in positions of power.

The good things are linked to their situation and the bad things are linked to their nature.

Their aggressiveness and violence is the result of their biology - testosterone ruining the basic genetic plan.
Their success obviously isn't the result of this same reality. No, it's the result of an evil conspiracy to oppress.

I'm convinced.

Let's elect pacifist females into office and we'll be sure to avoid conflict with enemies like Islamic State.
We'll tell them we don't see violence as an option and they'll be forced to discuss ideas instead.
War requires both groups to agree to fight, right?

Remember what I said in my latest ROK article.

Domination of space.

This is a perfect opportunity. This is an easy target, easy space to dominate. Let's do it.

Anyway, here's my contribution.

The hashtag seems to be getting much less usage now that Women's day is over.

I have noticed the tags: #feminismisawful and #feministsareugly getting a lot more ongoing coverage, and offering much more trolling opportunities.

All their campaigns like #HeForShe, #YesMeansYes, #BanBossy etc. are duds - this one was not supported by some big institutions, so it died quickly.

They only get traction, because so much money and public support is pumped into this idiotic hashtag-activism. The main thing that those things can manage is to get someone banned or fired - and this also only if the media or politicians care about that enough. They would ignore 3 billion votes on a stop to end the funding of feminism and the LGBT agenda.

Despite this entire idea being so incredibly stupid even the Wallstreet Journal is giving those looney ideas some room:

A Better World, Run by Women
Male biology has brought the world war, corruption and scandal. Women are poised to lead us to a better place

Research has found that women are superior to men in most ways that will count in the future, and it isn’t just a matter of culture or upbringing—although both play their roles. It is also biology and the aspects of thought and feeling shaped by biology. It is because of chromosomes, genes, hormones and brain circuits.

They actually believe that - that men, who are responsible not only for a lot of the crazy stuff, but who are also responsible for the ENTIRE CIVILIZATION AND TECHNOLOGY ITSELF - those men are better "put in their place" while the women rule.

But maybe they intend to pull of a Mosou crap, where the top families are patriarch dominated while they promote matriarchy for the rest of the sheep. The problem of course is that in the end it will impact civilization itself unless you can brainwash the population in the way of the Brave New World.

If women ruled the world, domestic violence would go through the roof. Female on male violence is high enough as it is.

There is a group called Women on 20s who are petitioning to put a woman on the 20 dollar bill. Move over Andrew Jackson. The reason being Jackson's involvement in the Indian Removal Act of 1830.

Quote:Quote:

If the Women on $20s group has its way, Americans will one day pay for items with a bill that depicts a notable female figure from the nation's history.

The group has launched a campaign to get Andrew Jackson off the $20 bill and replace him with a woman.

The effort comes in advance of 2020, the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, which gave women the right to vote.

And why the $20? Andrew Jackson, the country's seventh president, doesn't deserve to stay on the bills because of his role in the Indian Removal Act of 1830 and because he opposed the central banking system and paper currency, the Women on $20s' website says.

"We believe this simple, symbolic and long-overdue change could be an important stepping stone for other initiatives promoting gender equality," the group's website says. "Our money does say something about us, about what we value. So together, let’s make our money egalitarian and inclusive!"

So who should replace Jackson? A number of women with ties to Pennsylvania and New Jersey are at the top of the nonprofit's list:

Alice Paul: The Mount Laurel, N.J., native and descendent of William Penn was a leading advocate for the 19th Amendment, organized massive marches, and led the National Women's Party, where she pushed for an equal-rights amendment. Her former home, Paulsdale, is a National Historic Landmark.
Clara Barton: The nurse is most known for her battlefield medical care during the Civil War and founding the American Red Cross, but she also opened New Jersey's first free public school in Bordentown, Burlington County.
Frances Perkins: The former labor secretary -- the first woman to serve in a president's cabinet and a champion of social welfare efforts that included unemployment benefits, pensions, minimum wages and overtime pay -- studied at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton school in 1918 and 1919.
Elizabeth Cady Stanton: The advocate for women's suffrage and equal rights who convened the 1848 Seneca Falls Convention lived in Tenafly, Bergen County from 1868 to 1887, where her former home is a National Historic Landmark.
Susan B. Anthony: The abolition and suffrage movement leader briefly studied at a Quaker boarding school in Philadelphia.
Rachel Carson: The writer and zoologist whose work prompted the environmental movement, the banning of DDT and the creation of the Environmental Protection agency was born in Springdale, Pa., near Pittsburgh.
The organization has compiled a ballot of those women, along with nine others: Betty Friedan, Shirley Chisholm, Soujourner Truth, Rosa Parks, Barbara Jordan, Margaret Sanger, Patsy Mink, Harriet Tubman and Eleanor Roosevelt.

People are asked to vote for their top three choices, and the top three vote-getters will move on to a final round of voting.

The nonprofit says it hopes to get at least 100,000 votes, writing on the site that that's "how many names it takes to petition the White House for executive action."

Portraits on currency haven't been changed since 1929. Federal law says only deceased individuals can appear on bills, but it's not known how the current subjects were chosen.

"Treasury Department records do not reveal the reason that portraits of these particular statesmen were chosen in preference to those of other persons of equal importance and prominence," the Bureau of Printing and Engraving says.

^^^ God damn it. At this rate Hillary Clinton will be on the 20$ bill in a few years. Count on it. I was just in the kitchen and I had left the news on. She is currently giving a press conference about emailgate and instead of talking about emails she is talking about how the 21 century is the century to raise up women and girls and blah blah blah feminist talking points. Fuck.

Women these days think they can shop for a man like they shop for a purse or a pair of shoes. Sorry ladies. It doesn't work that way.

Women are like sandwiches. All men love sandwiches. That's a given. But sandwiches are only good when they're fresh. Nobody wants a day old sandwich. The bread is all soggy and the meat is spoiled.

Probably failed and died quickly cause a woman came up with the idea.
