Is it just me? Or were those jabs super slow motion compared to the snap of when men do it?

Pretty hilarious how unsportsmanlike the winner was.

I've seen a decent amount of boxing matches, and I've seen dudes shake hands, hug eachother, hold hands and cry together... Never seen a dude air humping and celebrating like an over the top pompous asshole.

Another reason why women shouldn't be permitted in traditionally male spaces.

Women boxing disgusts me...firstly, I am a huge boxing fan and they just do it SO poorly compared to the men...it's like watching amateur boxers in slow motion. The other thing I hate is that their is no reason for them to be doing it...men compete in the world based on toughness, strength, endurance, ability to take a beating and keep on going. Ergo, boxing is in many ways a metaphor for LIFE. Women compete with their looks and their ability to create a positive impression (honestly or otherwise!). They already have a competition for that - it's called beauty pageants! Women boxing looks as ridiculous as if some hairy legged man entered the bikini portion of the Miss Universe pageant :/

Incidentally, women's tennis feels the same way to me - lacks all the awesome power and speed the men bring.

That was a crazy punch to watch, but is anyone else just completely put off by women doing things that men are supposed to be doing?

Anymore it just irritates me.

I feel the same way about women's MMA. Some of the women have legit skill but the constant preening and classless behavior (Ronda Rousey) leaves me to believe it's nothing but "you go girl-ism" legitimized. There's still a skill gap there with the male counterparts even with the best women fighters. Plus getting women to coach men in MMA on TV is just typical mainstream agenda pandering.

The UFC's original position about women's MMA was the correct one but I guess the Fertittas and Dana White saw a mainstream gold mine there that they just couldn't ignore.

I don't mind women's tennis. They make thier game different with less sets which keeps endurance out of it. You loose some strategy, athletics, but it never can drag on like some men's matches. I enjoy both games at thier highest level, but dont view them the same.

Biggest issue with women's tennis is the BS money prize rule (they get the same prize purse as the men), and the fact they can't grow and mass promote the tour because all the women on tour hate each other. Plus the talent pool is to thin. Any woman below #20 is garbage, hell even below #5 it can get ugly.

It's the same thing in women's rugby. It's literally a joke.
I don't even understand how girls get injured in any contact sport since they can't seem to dish out serious punishment. If anybody has ever been tackled by a girl you'd know what's up, it's like being hit by a soft cloud or something.

I think that KO in the second fight is my favourite ever in the sport. Froch's to Groves wasn't half bad either.

Whoa whoa man! I was 100% with you until that last part. Women's Tennis is the best women's sport! What other sports do women play while wearing a miniskirt with loud grunts and moans?! Sometimes golf, but that is just the clothes part. The other sports are not worth the same as tennis and golf. In those two sports the women can still be pretty, feminine, and athletic and not look gross or morphed out into a mutant.

Remember that lizards are built differently so them getting injured in contact sports by other lizards is perfectly understandable, given their lower resilience for damage.

Compare men to gorillas. If a man did MMA with a gorilla, his injuries would be pretty fcuked up too (perhaps fatally).
