Noted Feminist Camille Paglia calls out liberals/feminists/conservatives for their blowing up if campus sexual assaults and how the previous generations (Boomers and X) have basically made the current generations world an overprotected bounce house where nothing bad happens.

I know Paglia's a feminist so I take what she says with a grain of salt, but when I've read most of her recent stuff, she usually seems upset if not downright angry over the way the brand of feminism she advocated for has turned into the feminazi bullshit we have today.
Take this quote:
This type of "friendly fire" from one feminist directed to others and the society she helped create is rare and dare I say borders on intellectual honesty.
Here she goes after the misconception this forum has been exposing and highlighting for years. The price of expanded rights, privileges, and freedoms comes with an inherent responsibility to wield those rights, privileges, and freedoms responsibly and Paglia is saying modern women don't. I also think what she wants to say but can't (because it would a bridge too far for her) is that the way modern women are brought up in overprotected homes are because feminists like her have marginalized men in their thirst for power and equality with men.
It's probably a case of too little too late, but the fact that a liberal/feminist matriarch like Camille Paglia wrote it and then printed it at all must mean she's starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel she created.
Edit: For faux vs. foux (Thanks Lizard of Oz)

Despite hysterical propaganda about our “rape culture,” the majority of campus incidents being carelessly described as sexual assault are not felonious rape (involving force or drugs) but oafish hookup melodramas, arising from mixed signals and imprudence on both sides.

Too many young middleclass women, raised far from the urban streets, seem to expect adult life to be an extension of their comfortable, overprotected homes. But the world remains a wilderness. The price of women’s modern freedoms is personal responsibility for vigilance and self-defense.
