I don't actually understand a lot of that.

It's all jibberish.

I can't understand half of what this guy said. Do black people really talk like this?

No, it's a Harry Potter joke. I think? I recognize the word "Hogwarts".

I will attempt to translate it:

When he was younger he was a little nerd who did well in school but got picked on alot.

He met a cute girl from his classes and fell hard for her but she friendzoned him.

He took it very hard and thought, let me stick with it and maybe someday she will come around. Then some other guy swoops in on her to his complete and utter dismay.

The other man actually was one of his "bullies" and that hurt him even more. His pride took a hit.

He thought she would grow out of this as if it were a growing up phase and realize that this guy is a loser.

After they all get older, she marries the guy and has a kid with him and our protagonist cannot believe it.

He is surprised because he still likes this chick and this guy has no style/substance to him.

So he started hanging out with these guys through some other mutual friend. Kind of like he basically stopped caring about it.

Then someone tried to kill the girl, her husband, and the baby. The kid lived but there is/was something wrong with him. (physically or something like that)

After that, he went back to being a nerd and says he still looks after that kid.

He appears to be from the East Coast, from that style of slang.

TLDR: Alpha fucks, beta bucks....
