What's a good lie to tell the girls when they ask u why you're there? They have to be suspicous if a straight guy goes in there for some yoga practice.

Theyre actually not too suspicious if youre actually in there taking it serious. Its a great workout and great way to develop a leaner muscular build so that in itself is reason to go, the metric tons of hot ass are just a great byproduct. Go in there consistently take the workouts serious and the girls will end up opening you out of sheer wonder. Tell them you were tired of more traditional workouts and wanted something new to add to your routine.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR!

I am planning on taking a 5 week yoga teacher training course. If you are exotic looking, yoga instructor game is the way to go.

Get them wet with that yoga/meditation/new age shit.

Damn. I thought about doing the same. I was thinking of doing mine in May.

Yo Mixx, can't wait for that report.

I guess I could write up an actual report as opposed to my last post. What do you guys want to know and I can break it down? Looking for a little guidance as to what you guys would actually find helpful since Ive never written a full scale report before.

At the gym I go to it's only women who go to yoga or spin classes, pre-game I took this as an unwritten rule that it's "women only" and didn't go for years. I was also caught up being self directed - I don't need or want a class or instructor to exercise. Forget that and join the class. If any girls have issue with you being there, ignore it, they can go to curves.
The more I learn about game and women psychology, the more these group classes make sense to me. I used to wonder why the girls go to the group sessions and not do their own thing, I used to think less of them because they were apparently incapable of self-direction (hah!), I would only see the very few girls with their own routines as attractive. I now believe this is another example that they want to be led.
Try adding a spin class to your routine, you'll get the same calibre of girls. I haven't found it easy to game in-class, though I have seen some girls from class and insta-dated, they recognize you and smile.

Done, I have googled & yelped my ass off looking for the best Yoga studio with the most students, activities and looks "chic" in my area.

My fist class is tonight....I signed up for a package of 5 classes for 60USD. I'll let you guys know what my experience is after all 5 classes are complete sometime next week. At that point, I should know if buying the monthly membership with unlimited classes is the next step and best strategies for f-closing girls.

In my mission, I have created an alter-ego named "Raman" My spiritual, buddhist name. I am taking Yoga classes to improve movement when I dance in salsa competitions when asked why I am there. This will be cool since I am a salsa dancer in real life. Let's see how women respond to a seasoned player in their class hunting and studying its prey carefully, and quietly like a ninja. =)

I've been hitting yoga classes for years. Out here in the SF Bay Area, they are very common and alot of people do them for "cross-training". This is one of your best options for a high concentration of good looking, fit girls.

Here are some observations:

They are expensive.

You can't really talk to girls during class, so, before and after class is important to make the connection.

Looks matter, alot. Yoga people are a healthy crowd, so if you are a fat slob, they will consider you a "less evolved" and likely not take you as serious.

Guys who are in good shape and dress in hip athletic gear have the edge.

The classes are not easy. These exercises are tedious. Most guys will not have the motivation to make it thru 3 or 4 classes. Its a bit of a commitment to go to class consistently.

I run alot of "food game" and "chick crack" game with these New Agey chicks.

Here is my best advice:

I recommened the "stick and move approach". When you start attending a class, you want to quickly identify the girls you are interested in. Make conversation with them before/after class. You need to work quickly because remember, THERE IS REALLY NO CONVERSATION DURING CLASS! As the new guy its important to make a connection with the girls you like sooner rather then later. Otherwise, you just gonna find yourself laying on the floor stretching and not talking to any girls. After a few classes, you should have made a connection with a girl or two. Try to get them talking about sushi or some other new diet or workout. Go for the post workout smoothie or something like that. Remember, you will both be very sweaty so hopefully the studio has a shower. If not, you might wanna go home to shower first.

If you can't get anything going after 5-7 classes, it might be time to hit up another studio. This is what I mean by "stick and move". You don't wanna get stuck wasting your time for 2 hours in this sweaty class if your not getting any results. I have actually hung out outside of the Yoga studio just to talk to girls as they are coming out. I pretend that I was shopping at the store right next door. I look at the schedule so I know when class gets out.

I will usually go to one studio for about 3 weeks and if I cant get anything going in that time I will move on to the next health club/yoga studio. I save alot of money by sneaking in to these places but that is tough for most people.

The Yoga crowd can be a little suspicious of outsiders coming in to their class to steal the girls so make you have a good look and a good background story.

Try to find the free classes. Buy some sharp, comfortable, athletic gear. Try to get something out of the workout, otherwise you will be wasting alot of time DURING CLASS. Get a workout out of it. This is not like a bar/club where you just go hang out, mingle, and talk to people. Alot of these girls take it very serious and work very hard.

I have thought about becoming a Yoga Instuctor. I think that could be a good niche for me.

Just a few quick observations

Here's a couple of yoga instructors that teach classes with their shirts off.

http://www.lux-yoga.com/

http://web.me.com/benjaminsears/LuxYoga_...ce.html#47

So, here's my plan.

1) Yoga teacher training
2) Travel around doing guest classes in countries known for hot women - Ukraine, Russia, Sweden, Brazil etc.

I have done hot yoga. I found that there was limited opps to talk to girls, yet the girls were cute.

Once you are in the studio there is no talking, even before the class. My studio did not have a good lounge to hang out in after the class. This is key. The problem in my class was - everyone got so sweaty that they just bolted out of the studio after the class was done.

In the class, you will take your shirt off. And be barefoot. All you need is a pair of shorts. Guys, don't mess with this Lululemon clothing. It's not important.

The quality in the class is high. Yes, I think it is the best concentration of hot women to men. However, not all classes are created equally. Some times of the day appeal to older women (45+). You have to find the time of day when the hotties go.

Mixx, you could also teach salsa or "Latin" dance. I'm sure that would be very well received in many places like Canada, Eastern and Western Europe, hell even in places like Sarasota [Image: smile.gif]...

Also what about just teaching English? I almost signed up as an English teacher in Barranquilla when I was living there... The classes were full of attractive young women. It's something I'm highly considering on my next long term stay. It doesn't pay much but it's a great way to build a social circle and meet a lot of attractive women.

If you guys are into taking classes to meet women, from what I've seen University "Latin" / "Salsa" classes are some of the best ways to go. A couple of friends of mine here use to sneak into a University without even paying tuition or singing up... If you just show up from the first day sometimes they don't even notice.. hah.

I already did this many years ago for fun as I did not really need the money, just wanted the pussy that came with it. Then, of course, came the problems: jealous boyfriends, jealous latina girlfriends and it became a nightmare. Besides the ratio is not as favorable as Yoga [Image: smile.gif]

You can start as a complete beginner and take a 5 week teacher training which will give you the yoga certification required to teach.

Take this course for example:

http://www.hathayoga-meditation.com/yoga...-india.php

That is just one course. There are many others, including many in the US and Canada. They are more expensive of course. I haven't registered for a class yet. If there is enough interest, a bunch of us guys could take it together.

I find this to be true if you go to your typical suburban yoga joint. But if you are in a chic area of downtown, you'll always see plenty of hotties.

Mixx, that is the first instance where you actually need experience to take an instructor class that I've heard of. I know of about 6 instructor certification classes all of which require no experience. I'd look around.

This is a new fad, but it looks cool as far as picking up women goes. The only thing is that the class sizes are small, or maybe nonexistent in some cities as of yet, but that may change if it really starts to catch on. The pluses are that is seems like there is much more opportunity to socialize during class than in a yoga class and, if the women are the priority, its not as much of a commitment as far as working out goes (or so it seems). Plus, if you get good, you can join Cirque du Soleil:

Aerial Silks

Notice the one guy in the video: obviously there for the women. It seems as if it would be hit or miss as far as hotties go, but if you get lucky, then that's a great situation in which to do some work.

Here's a class in Atlanta:

http://www.aerialsilksatlanta.com/

Also, having an ex-business partner who once owned a now-failed yoga studio, I wouldn't really recommend going into the group workout field. It can be lot's of hustling to stay afloat. But for you guys considering becoming an instructor in something, then in Aerial Silks it seems like it would be easier to accomplish that goal than in yoga. Plus, you get to 'spot' the women every class.

couple of things here..

i'm in the DC area and have been to a couple different hot yoga studios recently. i'm in good shape and always wanted to try it since i'm not very flexible and it was something different. both of the places i joined i got real cheap deals from groupon, livingsocial.com, etc. if you aren't already signed up for these things i'd highly recommend it. most are junk but there are some treasures.

as for the actual classes hot yoga isnt easy - 90 minutes in a hot room doing various stretches can be tricky. i wear dri fit shorts, some compression shorts underneath, and a dri fit shirt, which i sweat thru, and bare feet. alot of the guys go shirtless. its 105 for 90 minutes so you basically sweat thru everything. dont wear boxers or your junk will be hanging out. ratio is probably 2 or 3 to 1. the quality of girls will differ w/your area - i can see where nyc or miami would be stocked w/serious talent. the yoga room itself is basically a no talking zone - a smile and a hello are about all you can really do in there, but there are plenty of opportunities before and after class to chat up other students. all in all i'd recommend it for a different form of exercise or as a way to surround yourself w/females.

There's a reason why a daily practice for 6-12 months is normally required.

Out here in the SF Bay Area, this is nothing new. Guys have been hitting the yoga classes for over 10 years now. People are always talking about the "talent" at their local studio . There are a few free classes which are also like singles events. Not all of them are, but a few of them get like 50 people and everyone knows they are gonna be checking each other out, so they dress and look good. But it can be tricky to find your yoga niche.

Its really a commitment to stay there and stretch for over an hour if you are not into it. Do you really wanna do that for 2-3 times a week just to talk to a few girls after class. You could go to the college library and talk to the same girls for free all day long. Which reminds me, the college yoga classes are better then the studio yoga classes. The girls are more open and talkative at he college, its not such a serious culture.

I like doing it so I just go to a bunch of different health clubs and yoga studios around town. Sometimes I get free passes, sometimes I sneak in or know someone working there. If I see something I like I will just chat her up after class. I don't wanna waste 3-4 hours in class just waiting to approach a girl. Thats the thing about yoga, its alot of time to spend just waiting to approach a girl. You could just come after class, hang out in the lobby and approach the same girls without wasting 2 hours of your time.

Another approach is to just join a studio and go consistently for a few months. This will give you a chance to get to know the girls over time. You will see alot of the same girls two or three times a week, its almost like going to school with them. These guys obviously have the inside track and will cockblock you if you just show up and try to game their "classmates".

I have friend who lifts weights all winter and then as soon as its start to get warm in the late spring, he joins the best yoga studio with the best girls. This is the best way to get "cut up/ripped" for summer and you are guaranteed to have a bunch of hotties as classmates.

As far as becoming a teacher, if your not really into yoga, you probably are not gonna want to go through all the training and study. Its almost like a lifestyle commitment. Just doing it for the girls is probably not worth all the time and effort.

Just go to a class and hit on the hot girls after, they are horny after class. Just have your story straight before you go in there. Mixx's salsa story is perfect. You wanna say something like that.

I agree, if you have absolutely no yoga experience then getting thrown into a 5 week daily yoga training course will be painful. It's definitely a good idea to get a few months of yoga in before taking the teacher training class.

Ok, so my very first impressions after taking my very first Yoga class ever.

No. 1 - I love it!!! No, this has nothing to do with women at Yoga class ( I'll get there shortly), but what an incredibly relaxing and stress-releasing experience. I was very skeptical at first, but I am convinced that Yoga should definitely be included in ANY lifestyle. Wether you are a seasoned boxer going for the WBC tittle, a bodybuilder competing for Mr. Olympia, a football player in College, or just a regular Joe in a corporate office 8hrs every day.

No wonder women are horny (or at least open to the idea of sex) in these classes. The stretches release endorphins (very quickly) that make you feel really good, relaxed and at peace. All of the elements for wanting sex are triggered by these 3 components in place.

Let me also point out that there are MANY versions of Yoga. Hot Yoga, as mentioned on this thread, is just 1 of about 10 sought-after different styles in the market. However, Hot Yoga means nothing more than the studio being heated to 115 degrees (F) on purpose! This is done to relax your muscles and get them ready for the poses you will do. You will still do all the poses anywhere else.

No. 2 I did not do a Hot yoga class because I specifically read that this is very hard-core, and thus women are focusing their attentions/efforts on doing the class, and bolting to the showers at home. Soooo, I chose to do a variation of Yoga that involves peers interacting, helping, and giving feedback to the instructor and each other to allow Kino, and trust building BEFORE, DURING and AFTER CLASS! The studio I chose also does "social" events. Every Friday they have movie night in the studio, they have outdoor trips etc that lead to student interactions with each other, and their own bodies. Oh yeah, the style of Yoga I did is called "Ying Yang" Yoga.

No. 3 as already stated, timing is everything. Some classes will fill-up with women, some with mostly couples looking to bond and spice things up with each other for sex in their marriage, some classes will have older people as the majority, and some classes will have mostly women. You have to stick and move to different studios and find out which class has the best possible outcome of women and also, which classes are conducive to peer-interaction.

No. 4 - My plan is to vist MANY Yoga studios, as the one you pick may not necessarily be the best one for you to hang your hat on. So, I strongly recommend taking 10 clases in each studio, to get a good "feel" for the teachers, students and overall f-close possibilities. Then find another studio elsewhere and do 5 classes there until you find a home.

No 5. the class I attended was worth it! I now know I love Ying Yang Yoga to relieve stress from my intense player lifestyle, and it is incredibly relaxing and challenging at the same time.

I'll eventually do a Hot Yoga class, but I want to at least get 3 months of warm Yoga stretching under my belt, so that I am not at all "lost", and can game the more advance Yogi chics better in Hot Yoga classes. They take this shit seriously!

TIPS: Bring your own mat to class, and always say you have been doing Yoga for 1 month, but are still learning. I notice it looks better to the women already there as they immediately suspect any heterosexual male in a class to be there to chase women only, and not really for the Yoga culture.

As far as dressing goes, I notice that a pair of Gi Karate pants (black) look really good, with a nice sleeveless shirts to show your arm muscles as you walk in. I got a lot of attention by wearing a sleeveless under-armour shirt, a nice surfer necklace, and those thin under-armour arm bands you see B-ball players wearing.

I gamed one girl, and she was very closed off at first for the reasons I already stated, so it seems that women will need to see you there a few times, making an effort in the class to start trusting you and eventually, fucking you.

As far as teaching goes, I would definitely say get 6 months of experience first. Even if you are in great shape and already have a six-pack, Yoga is different - it involves stretching, learning the culture and becoming more spiritual in nature. You'll be a better person, and instructor for it.

...more to come.
