In terms of offensive things Anthony has said/done, this is probably about #528 on the list. This is nothing more than lawyers being panicy, people on twitter being faggots, and the company just plain hating them (which they have since the Sirius XM merger).
It wasn't even with what he said that was offensive. Forget that whole racist BS.
My whole thing is, if you openly take photos of random people's on the street, you are bound to get into some kind of altercations.
There's nothing illegal with taking photos of people in public areas. However, it will eventually get you into trouble. Nobody wants their picture taken by some random stranger.
This guy could have avoided it IMO.

Opie and Anthony is one of the very few shows that is honest and tells it how it is. Immediately cancelled my Sirius subscription.

Dude, what are you talking about? It's NYC, there are a million people walking around and a million people taking pictures of everything, constantly. Should people just never snap photos of sidewalks or buildings?
Was this guy really taking photos of buildings and NY streets?
He was taking photos of the ladies.

Taking pictures of people in public is legal. You don't need their permission. Don't want to get your picture taken? Don't go out.
It's gotta be stressful being a "shock jock" paid to be provocative, and then always having to wonder where the invisible line is today.

He got fired for being a scumbag pervert and a liar.
He claims he was taking pictures of the "sites". He was clearly taking pictures of women. Like a pervert. Then when she took issue to it. He starts crying like a bitch and showing the world his beta male racist views. She's an animal but I guess he still wants to fuck her.

Releasing the pics was his own undoing. If he didn't. He could have claimed it was some crazy Black woman. But clearly the pics show he was being a pervert.
Of course I expect white tears and claims of freedom of speech. That just speaks to your own personal views on race. But clearly. He's just an asshole.
Black bitch was just pissed that men of all stripes would gladly ignore her for even a sniff of that latina/white chick.

It's gross misconduct to behave in a way that brings your employer into disrepute.
That applies to all us and that's why we post on the internet anonymously.
His company firing him was technically the right thing to do.

Yeah, I wonder about the sense of this from a business point of view. I don't know anything about SirusXM, but let me just ask some questions. Firstly, is being politically correct likely to increase the company's listeners? Do all of these social justice warriors and other people who exist solely to be offended even listen to SirusXM? If the answer to either of those two questions is "no", then who gives a shit what this guy said? I'll tell you who, most likely his fans, who will depart SirusXM in droves.
So, likely no new listeners, but a loss of current listeners. Yeah, that's a good business move. It's a great irony that these spineless fucks who will do anything for a buck will lose.
In the long term, what this is actually doing is hardening a certain bloc of people to the point where they're completely desensitised to all of this nonsense. Sooner or later, they, or others will start producing their own cultural content -- by them, of them, for them -- and making money from it.

Mr Cumia has had first hand live training from the man himself Patrice O'neal, so he'll be fine!! On top of that he's got enough money to say fuck you to whoever he wants. Unless he was drunk of high, he knew those comments would get him fired. One way of the other he'll bank on this for sure. One thing that I know is that the O&A virus WILL NEVER DIE unless they retire! Their fanbase are some hardcore fallowers and they've been through this before.

If you look up Patrice Oneal and Anthony Cumia up on youtube, you'll see a lot of arguments and debates over racism; both of them described themselves as racist. Shoot they actually have a video clip whee Anthony Cumia dresses up in Nazi gear, and both him and Patrice stand in the streets of New York, trying to get cabs, while literally standing next to each other. Of course, the Nazi wins.
I've never liked Anthony's racism, or even considered him a guy I'd like to hang out with, but he did great work with Patrice Oneal, and he also played a big role in helping his "wife" Von Oneal with funeral costs and just taking care of the family he left behind. So he will always have my respect to some degree.
That being said, he got fired mostly due to timing. Corporate America saw what happened to Donald Sterling, and they're still reacting towards it. Don Sterling doesn't happen, Cumia still has a job, because this is just lightweight if you know his resume. Overall, him getting fired is really just a decline in manliness overall, it's why people who support his firing are doing so, not based on the fact that he was unproductive, or committed a crime or even committed an "act" of violence, but because they think he's a douchebag, and they can't be satisfied just hating him and going on their way. Liberty, especially, individual liberty is still mostly a manly thing, and it has almost completely died and been replaced with artificial tribalism.

For some reason Anthony just deleted almost all of his tweets, any ideas as to why since the damage is already done?

It is definitely legal. However, it is provocative and it will get you into trouble.
It's like one of those online memes. "You aren't really wrong, but you're just being an asshole."

Anthony Cumia might be the most red pill radio host in history, in terms of race relations, politics, women.
He's relation to Blacks is complex. He loves to make racist humor, but he laughs at all cutlures, including his own. He was also very close with Patrice O'Neal and several other American Blacks.
He also cited credible facts during his race-related rants. That's why when emotional liberal callers yelled at him, they couldn't counter anything he said with any substance.
I'll be glad to give $100 a year to hear them TRULY uncensored.

One thing to learn from all these firings is that corporate CEOs are spineless yes-men cowards. Not a creative bone in their body, no spine, no morals, just a worthless administrator who more than not is hired to give good interviews to the press.
See the difference between the maker, the builder, the entrepreneur and the MBA type losers who do their best to run into the ground what passionate people have created.
