It's legal to publicly videotape others without their consent. Simple Pickup most likely blurred their faces out because they felt like it or the girls saw the video and maybe asked them to blur their faces out. Also, I think it depends on what state you're in but for the most part it is legal to videotape others in public.

True. Even if forgiven, we'll all be looking at him and his content with even more scrutiny then we already do.

Most Simple Pickup and GLL videos are filmed in California. Simple Pickup is a lot bigger though, they have way more brand recognition. As a rough guide, they have almost 20 times as many Facebook likes as Roosh and well over 100 times as many Facebook likes as GLL. If Simple Pickup didn't blur out all the faces they didn't have permission to film they'd be getting sued like crazy, meanwhile GLL and most other Youtube daygamers are small enough to get away with that risk if they wish.

The fact is, our validation helps PUA get sales. RVF's google search rankings are very high.

I just googled "good looking loser daygame" and guess what? This thread is #7. RVF can be the kiss of death for aspiring dating coaches, or a blessing.

For example, Krauser got some good reviews and he's doing fine.

PUA Sasha got shit on and I'm sure that sucked for him.

Bottom line is appearing legit is extremely important. There's no way he'd ever admit to filming himself talking to models because then the guys who actually would consider spending money on GLL's products will say, "He paid models to talk to him... what does he know about game?"

Honestly GLL should have just filmed himself approaching regular women. Sure, it would have decreased the chances of the video going viral but at least he would have attracted more loyal followers who respect his game and not just the quality of the girls he's gaming.

I'm always surprised to hear about how influential the forum is. I guess it makes sense but you'd think there'd be more guys or other forums out there with similar sentiments about the world.

Coolest thing about this thread is that guys who read it can learn a lot regardless of whether or not the video discussed is acted/faked.

If it's real- guys can see how it's done from Chris' method despite all the deniers.

If it's fake - guys can know better what to expect from hot girls.. they will be able to spot tells that say the girl is faking it.

GLL should start a thread call "Casting Couch Game". I always wanted to do this in CA. Put and ad out asking for models, saying your video will get 100k views and open doors for other opportunities.

Is hiring and flying models worth it? Unless these bishes are in need of exposure that they pay for their own flights for a 2 minute spot.

In the end he has a brand and runs good game. He shouldnt be banned, just come clean and explain himself. Personally, I have approached 50 girls in a Monterrey mall one day with my broken Spanish. Well, now I'm not sure what to believe.

The fact the facebook pages of the models posted suddenly went down is odd. And the strange behavior - the runner girl jogging in place, the girl highlighting without looking at the page, the picnic basket for one - does add up. I'm willing to accept that he may just be in a very friendly area, because I've been in similar areas before - but if someone was directing actors for an infield these are the things they might miss.

I don't want to believe GLL would stage a video, but I'm leaning towards that conclusion now.

I can understand why guys join forums like PUAHate. If I was a newbie, and I paid someone a couple hundred for a bootcamp, only to discover it looked nothing like their video, I'd be pissed and bitter too. That place was originally for "debunking" the seduction community, and I guess they stared into the abyss so long they became it.

I'm gonna be looking at every website with something to sell a bit more critically now. Even this thread - a lot of the people chiming in have low post counts or products of their own. I don't know the motivations of everyone involved. Nothing on the internet is real.

More than the video being staged, which it obviously is, is the fact that he came in here to try and prove it's authenticity. Quite an insult to our intelligence.

I can see why an internet marketer would try to stage a video like this instead of shooting it in real time. It's much more efficient to hire 10 girls and get them to react in a scripted manner than it is for him and a camera man to film for days, talk to dozens of girls and then get enough footage for a decent video. I am not going to begrudge him for attempting to make a living.

But, please don't take us for fools. And don't use this forum to spam your staged videos.
