Best Place to Study Abroad for an Asian

I'm trying to get some expert opinions (I consider you guys expert) on where to study abroad. I am a male graduate student planning to study abroad during the spring semester and looking to have fun. A little more about me: I am East Asian, think China/Korea/Japan, and average build but on the shorter side (5'9''). What is the best country for an Asian graduate student (mid-twenties but have been told I could still pass as an undergrad) to pull? Currently, I'm looking at the Scandinavian countries (Norway, Sweden, or Denmark), Spain, or Germany. Obviously, the Scandinavian countries are expensive. I don't speak any of the languages, except the basic Spanish from high school.
I know there are a bunch of posts with similar topics about Asians and study abroad but didn't see a thread with both combined. My bad if there is such a thread already or if the same advice applies in other threads (feel free to post the link to such threads). Thanks.

Damn, there has been an explosion in Asian guy game threads lately. I doubt anyone will know if Norway is better for Asian guys then Germany for example...Just pick the place that you think will be best overall, no need to make race a huge factor in everything if it doesn't need to be.
And 5'9 isn't short, that's average for English speaking countries.

Thailand would be best for gaming, otherwise just read through data sheets on each European and Scandinavian city and pick one that you think you will be suited to. Also take into consideration the university's reputation.

i did well in france, as a lotta asian brothas will also confirm.
but if i were you, i'd just go where your heart tells you. try out sweden. blaze a trail for the rest of us azns here. go have fun and then throw up some datasheets about ur time there. we'll all be rooting for you.
regarding sweden, i had a korean gf who grew up in sweden and she said she was always the center of attention from classmates and teachers growing up because she was so different. says attitudes towards asians are generally positive and open.

What field of study are you doing for grad school? If I were you, I look into Central and Eastern Europe. Them girls seem to like Asian dudes. (Source: My personal experiences)

Dont discount Latin America.
In Mexico and Colombia I have seen Asian-Americans with very fly girls. You are a huge novelty in Latin America, and if you dress well/have game/ are good looking theres no reason you cant do well.

Mexico is not a very good place for Asians, unless you are Japanese-Mexican and have a lot of money, it's not going to work to get hot girls. And I'm not sure about other Latin American countries other than Peru (where there's a big Japanese colony). My advice would be London.

Unfortunately Central and Eastern Europe are not options. Unless you consider Austria or Germany as Central Europe. London is the most popular choice and I may not be able to get it.

I'd say any place outside America---- this is not a good place for Asian guys cause of stereotypes and because of Asian American women slutting it up for white men. Both of these things would be less in most other countries.

This is a little outside of your scope, but I think Japan is great for study abroad for any dude. The food is tasty, the public transportation is godlike, and the women are thin and put a lot of energy into their appearance.
The Japanese aren't exactly getting along well with their neighbors, so you might tell people you're of Japanese descent. They should welcome you with open arms. Especially if you've got a little muscle.

Go.To.France.
K Pop fever making les filles to go WILD! The hamster tells them they can put out quick and easy to asians...specifically koreans, but heck almost any kind of asian.. Not the only place though, but the one in the most advanced state.

Antarctica, none of those ethnicities have been there yet.
Lol, whatever I need to do to increase my exotic value and chance of getting laid
In seriousness, I was trolling. These ethnocentric threads bring out the worse in me.

In general, I recommend that if you read a thread about how your ethnicity does in a particular region that you only pay attention to people of the same ethnicity who have experience. The reason why is that you'll get loads of perhaps well intentioned bad advice, clueless guessing, or general cockblocking, trolling, etc.. from anyone else. The best thing to do is ask people of your race who have been there then get up off your ass and go there.
My personal experience is that these places are good for asian men in Latin America:
Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Peru. Everywhere else in Latin America isn't bad either but there's no point in wasting time in totally out of the way places. Colombia is probably the best out of the bunch and I feel it has to do with the small % of westernized asian men there plus positive novelty factor which creates a nice niche. Girls are used to seeing white gringos but not more exotic types like us.
In Asia:
Philippines, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Don't waste your time anywhere else because places like Thailand are overrated compared with the pussyfest that is the 4 countries I listed. Vietnam is for guys who desire a little longer term relationships though.
If you are ethnic Korean or Jap and speak the language (important) then definitely go to Korea or Japan. Big bonus points if you speak mandarin in China as an asian-american as well.
In Europe:
Ukraine, Poland, France. France is more language specific for success. There are many other smaller countries that I have no experience with but I hear good things but I won't comment on that with certainty.
Avoid the anglo english speaking region aka. the entire U.K. and Ireland.
