I had a friend I grew up with in high school who was a beautiful, skinny blonde with blue eyes and a bitchin' booty. We were close for years but never hooked up, proper. She was a virgin.

But she was a great girl. Super smart and fun loving. Very care-free and really enjoyed life. Especially once she outgrew some of her religious upbringing and moralism.

Then in college she got pregnant by the guy who deflored her. Unfortunately, she chose to keep the child (on religious grounds as pressured by her whacko parents), and it completely transformed her personality.

She became totally bitter towards the father of the child, who as far as I could tell was a dweeb but not at all a bad person. She became embittered towards men as a group, and angry at the world at large. The difference from her former self was like night and day.

She had ambitions to be an artist. And while I can't say she was terribly talented, she loved every minute of making art. So God bless. But the bohemian life isn't appropriate to a woman who now has a child to raise...

Around this same time she began chopping her hair into unattractive lesbianesque stylings, wearing dumpy hipster clothing, and taking an adamant, outspoken shine to feminism. (Whereas before she didn't give a shit.)

I'm not callous to that kind of situation. She's not a bad person. I understand her being mad at what happened in her life. We all get dealt bad hands. But it just goes to show you that all of these ideologies, be they social or spiritual, attract the losers in life. The poor, the dull, the ugly, the victims.

These ideologies give them a platform to exact revenge on a world that has scorned them.

That's why I don't think of the red pill as an ideology. To see the world and the things in it AS IT IS is existential, phenomenological but not an ideology. That's why it pisses so many people off. The truth can be a bitter pill to swallow indeed.

99% these people talking shit about the LMR book don't have enough real world experience to even know that's it a real life thing that exists. They mistake the real world for the surrogate representations of it they're fed by underachieving professors.

And they join the group that turns their fundamental loserdom into virtue most convincingly: feminism.

There's no need to purposefully try to boost ROK's post on her. It can be seen as manipulating google's algorithm. The article should receive links on its own merit based on what readers want to talk about.
