This is one thing that bugs me. People that refuse to move out from a city to get better opportunities elsewhere. Amercian history is full of examples of people leaving one city to go to another for jobs, etc. Black people used to do this back in our grandfather's time and before (California, Texas, etc.), but nowadays they say sappy things like, "I rep this city" "I bleed this city." yadda yadda and they squat there indefinitely. I recently went to New Orleans because I could not find contracts here in my area, I am back now, but I at least left my wife and newborn to go earn some money for them. Again, their mentality and lack of knowledge will never help them understand this concept.

No. Where I live, some white guys did it and some black guys did it. One white kid killed a 70 year old black guy in once punch. All of them millennials. Media deserves no blame for this. A violent movie is never a good excuse for shooting people or breaking the laws. Good parents teach their kids that a movie is fucking fake and "pretend" as my mother would call it. There are consequences for bad behavior and crimes and you cannot press pause in real life.

I remember when I got my first 100K job my old networking teacher asked me to come to his highschool and talk his students that were being knuckleheads and not taking the IT stuff he was trying to train them on seriously. All these Hispanic and Black students are very low income and come from the nearby ghetto there. I went there and talked with these young men for 2 hours. I told them everything about my personal life, how I got my certifications, how college helped me solve certain problems, real world IT situation on a white board, how salary and money worked, we talked oil and gas, I cannot list it all right now.

You know what they told me? "Mister, I will never forget this day as long as I live." "Yeah!" "Me too!" "This changes my life forever." "I know I can take care of my mom and my sisters now. I did not know I had such a valuable trade skill." I cannot lie I almost got choked up.

Advice is valuable. Why do you think whites and others never give any out to people at a certain level? They may not want another competitor knowing their family's secret to growing and maintaining wealth! Guys like Tavis Smiley, Michael Dyson, etc. are mostly all about talk. They host symposium after symposium and all that shit is, is an opportunity for uppity black folks, (mostly women), all Democrats, to "look good" in the community and discuss "programs". All they are doing is funding "black versions" of tax shelters, the same ways others do with all that breast cancer bullshit and other junk. They ruthlessly attack anyone that will attack them (Cosby and a relative few others). Not calling these guys complete hucksters, but don't look up to them (not saying you do, but other blacks here do), as an authoritative source that can help inspire growth to the next level. Their talk is how they eat. I cannot knock their hustle too much, but it is, what it is.
